Both of these have a MC who is a support mage and was not needed by the party so he join a party that acknowledges how valuable his skills is.

The premise and overall plot are overly similar.
In both mangas, the MC is cast aside by their previous group, only to later find their place in some other unworthy group.
They become more successful and appreciated in their new team than in their previous one.
Many teams regard both Mc's classes as buff-debuff centric and thus worthless.
Go for it if you want to read some underdog stories.
