First of all the MCs look very similar not only in appearance but in their personal beliefs. If you want to see a high schooler going against people of higher social standing than him for justice, with good violence, then Akumetsu is a much better alternative. If you liked Akumetsu's action though and would like to add some silly comedy, then Sun-Ken Rock is what you're looking.
Both character are spiky haired guys who do the right thing in somewhat of a wrong way by hurting others and both have similar personality's as well
