Both series follow an analogous group of boys trying to overcome the teachers and girls at their school. Both shows have a very similar sense of humor based on sex and gross factor oriented jokes.
- Both have lots of similar perverted humor.
- Both have tons of nudity, more so with Ike!.
- Both are about a bunch of boys but in Ike! only 3 are 'real pervert' whereas prison school all of them are.
- Both have two guys that have more screen time.
- Both have a school setting.
- Both have hilarious dub if you prefer that.
- Both are a must watch if you like adult comedy.
