Romance story of 2 opposite gender from 2 hostile factions. They are both a really important figure of their own sides. The protagonist along with the main character are trying to connect this 2 sides to make a more peaceful environment
The differences are that Kimisen involves magic and fantasy as an elements of it's story while Kishuku Gakkou Juliet is a slice of life romance anime.
both shows talks about two lovers who can't be together because they are from the rivalry nation (althouh in kimi to boku they are not lovers, they are rivals)

The difference between these two shows is the main protagonist kinda powerful with his own power, his skill to use his sword, and his ability to move around freely like an overpowered MC, other than that, mostly the same. The rivalry between the two teams that want a peaceful world to live with.
