Fuuka

Both focus on the start of a band.
Both have female main protagonists.
Both have love triangles situations.
The female voice actress on the main character on Noise is the same as one side characters on Fuuka.
Both are set on school setting.
Fuuka so far is far better than Noise in terms of music and visual aesthetics.

Love triangle between one childhood friend and one newer one. Both protagonists play the guitar. In terms of melodrama, Fuuka does it terribly and its characters are hollow. Noise does the formula a little better but still falls vicitm to cliches and the endless void of plotholes. Noise has better music than Fuuka which reuses only the OP song in every episode and remembers that it is about a music band and add two more just for the variety. Noise has better lyrics and music is not just a plot device, it is a means for characters to bear their souls to the viewer.

Both have the same amount of School, Romance and musical, and both have the same female characters with some weirdness, except of course the character designs where in Fuuka the illustrations were far better ( including her panchira) that Fukumenkei Noise, also seiyu ,Hayami, Saori, did some voicing in both animes, except in Fuuka she voices a secondary character , while in Fukumenki she voices the main character.
Both the fmc is a great singer and is chasing a particular guy they like. The best part is all of the songs in both series are incredibly good.
The similarities between these two anime are
1. Both series have a love triangle based on the music genre
2. I think the genre of the songs in these two anime is the same, namely rock with passion
3. There is one heroine and/or one chosen hero who leaves a sad story for the character who was rejected or not chosen to play the main character
Deals with a rock band and the relationships as they try to make it.
