Salutations FuegoIndigo, just wanted to drop by and say thank you for participating in the Anime and Character of the Season nominations.
Not sure if Phosphophyllite will have enough points to get into the finals, will see when everything gets counted up but people felt she was too annoying at the beginning and now people don't like her sudden change even if it makes sense. She just can't win XD.

Hey Fuego,

Since you had participated in a number of seasonal threads over at AG and have seen quite a number of anime that aired this year, I wanted to invite you to take part in the guild's annual Anime Trivia Challenge in case the notification bugged out. It's basically a series of rounds that test your knowledge of the anime that have aired in the year. In contrast to previous years, participants would need to sign up in the sign-up thread in advance, so if you are interested in participating you may head over to https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1684592 to sign up/find out more :)

If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
Cheers!

Tatami Galaxy and Shinsekai Yori are near the top of my ptw list. I'll definitely look into them!

Thanks for the recommendations! If you liked Perfect Blue the you should DEFINITELY check out Satoshi Kon's other works like Paprika and Paranoia Agent (Though James really didn't like the former when I showed it to him xD). Neither are horror movies but their general insanity and the the way Kon plays with reality vs. dreams/madness is just mindblowing

Also glad to see you've watched my favorite anime franchise (Monogatari)! I can't recommend it to most people I know cause it'd just be too weird for them.

Wow your MAL is well-developed... I like your scoring system too.

Oh and you should also definitely check out both Madoka Magica and Cowboy Bebop when you have the chance. Both are anime classics and I think you'd probably enjoy both of them

Anyways I should go to sleep xD

Good Night!

P.S.: OH and also check out Nichijou for the most ridiculous and insane anime comedy/SoL. It also EASILY makes the best use of the anime medium to convey comedy out of any show I've ever seen (kinda like Konosuba's wonky animation)

Uranimesucks Jul 11, 2017 11:39 AM
nice review on terror and resonance and i dont think psycho pass really tries to be gits so that was kind of pointless to say
Yash_Anand Jul 6, 2017 9:54 AM
yeah its pretty good too...
try listening clannad and clannad after story's OSTs... they're pretty good. especially roaring tides
Yash_Anand Jul 6, 2017 9:46 AM
thanks man, i always thought that josei genre was too boring but after watching Shouwa Genroku... i've canged my views...
and thanks for recommending parasyte and ghost in the shell, but i have already watched them. I also listened zankyou no terror's "IS" and loved it :)
