These are the two shows you need to watch if you want to see the worst of the worst without wandering into NSFL territory. Skelter Heaven features awful animation and a story bad enough to make it the lowest ranking anime on the site. Utsu Musume Sayuri features even more awful, albeit creative, animation and writing that some debate doesn't count as a story. Both will make you question why Japan is allowed to export animation, appreciate the mediocrity of other anime more than anything I know, and quite possibly turn you off from touching anything Japanese with a ten-foot pole ever

Someone was there in an office and thought to themselves that these are good "anime" people would like to see. If you are like me, that is true, because they are 100% low-quality nonsense that has only the merit of being unique in such a bad way that it is good.
If you like seeing bad anime, I recommend these two because they use CGI you will never forget. Backwards ufotable moment.
