tldr; both anime features two main character supporting each other realizing their dreams after overcoming obstacles along the way.
in shigatsu we were introduced to harima kousei and miyazono kaori who supports him overcome his trauma to become a world-class pianists he is. going through small to big obstacle along the way, harima kousei finally able to make their dream comes true.
in rawara we'll be greeted by fujito chiyuki, a short model and tsumura ikuto, a poor designer wannabe. both chiyuki and ikuto gives each other a push so they can both be a world renowned model and designer.
