Both series focus on a trio of youths who have found themselves in inexplicable, otherworldly challenges that they have to overcome while utilizing the power of friendship. The shows have similar styles and relatively lighthearted tones to them. The biggest difference is that there is a lot more focus on buttholes in Sarazanmai as compared to Tsuritama.
Both are stories about a group of three boys and their adventures. Both worlds are very colorful and pretty bizarre things tend to happen. Both focus on a very specific area: Tsuritama on Enoshima with the Sea Candle and Sarazanmai on Asakusa with the Sky Tree.
Bright, colourful, well-animated shows involving strange creatures (alien fish/Kappa) and a real love for their unique real-life setting (Enoshima/Asakusa). Personal but wacky stories about the feelings and friendship of their protagonists. Also they're both pretty gay.

Both anime are based upon a strange premise, and focus a lot on the issues of the male protagonists who are just trying to live their lives. The anime have very colourful designs and unique stylings as well.

both feature a group of teen boys in a mission, there is plenty of BL and in my opinion a similar use of colours.
the plot and setting is really different both series give off the same vibe
Both are very colourful, light and fun anime to watch.
Both have a sort of magical/fantasy element to it

As weird as it is, but both have true meanings of 'the power of friendship' in your life. Both Sarazanmai and Tsuritama showed us many good lessons about how important to having relationship with anyone, or everyone, in a weird yet good way.
