Both are a bit perverted comedies from highschool enviroment with a lot of references to other animes.
Also contains fast-paced comedy and the anime also shifts in themes rather quickly. There are a LOT of references (oh god it actually has memes) and while the chracaters and the setting may not be too similar, the 'feel' of the show certainly is.
The show's main girl is more like Kuuko but in terms of other characters, i don't really see any other similarities.
In conclusion, this is on the highest-tier of shitpost anime, much like nyaruko-san
