Ishida to Asakura and Sakigake!! Cromartie Koukou are abnormally hilarious and crazy anime. If you want to get high using legal (anime) drugs, both of them will provide you with a fresh and decent dose.
Also, these shows feature rough and serious-looking guys who do or talk about incredibly stupid things. I must say that in my opinion, Cromartie is much more random and funny than Ishida to Asakura, but the later is definitely worth a watch, if you like gag humor and randomness.
