I watched this a few years ago when i was younger and really enjoyed it but watching it again made me question my own taste.
Sata Kyoya is such a shitty character. He expects Shinohara Erika just to put up with his toxic mentality because she is indebted to him?? wtf and apparently falls for her, but still behaves almost the same??
First of all, Erika needs tp be more confident. I get that teenagers are self conscious and wanna fit in but this anime is literally portraying that lying to people so that you can fit in with them is good because the lie will eventually

I'll be honest and cut to the chase.
Blue period caught my eye because i haven't watched many series that are about...art and artists. The story line seemed interesting because i thought perhaps i could relate to it. Esp the Picasso part- "anyone could make it'' Immediately after watching episode 2, i realized this was not my cup of tea. There is not a set pace. Its not smooth? Plus one would think the animation and art should be really good for this as it is an art anime? but its not. I read a line in a review that is just like food wars but without the cooking ... |
