...then you might like Aquarion Evol add

Both has a main character who gets somehow into piloting a mecha. Both has a "history" as MF has a "protoculture" and AE has "the Aquarion". both by the same studio and mechas are CGI the same way. The Abductors are like Bajuras/Varjas from MF who come and well destroy the world, Kagura is kinda like Brera but Brera is way more calm.

basically HNE is 20 years before SAC...HNE explains how the SAC tech stuff are invented and Juiz is well a "older" version of Tachikomas(both voiced by the same Voice Actress in Japanese) I think most SAC fans will enjoy Higashi no Eden :3

when i saw Koi Sento, the first thing I thought of was summer wars. Both have REALLY similar character design and art style. really great story.

both anime is about Idols who are trying to be the best. some love and romance going on. CPS is not "crazy" as IM@S but both are about the same topic.

both by the same anime studio, fluffy story line. Idolmaster is more of "over the top" kind of anime thats talk about the company. SoRaNoWoTo is more darker and intense that has wars. but both have cute girls.

Kuragehime is Ouran in a way. Kuranosuke is very similar to Tamaki in terms of personality(other than the cross dressing part) Tsukimi is well Haruhi as she does not really care around things and thinks of Kuranosuke as weird. as for the storyline both are similar as Ouran deals with things happening in the Host club while Kuragehime is about the happenings of the Amamizukan

when I watched DVB..it totally reminded me of Moon Phase. another thing is in the EN dub.. both mina and Hazuki is voiced by Monica Rial. also the voice cast is similar in the dub. anyway..if you love DVB..you'll love Moon phase

Oz=Eden. In HNE when Eden is shut down, alot of things happend like when Oz was shut down in summer wars. The english voice of Oz is the same VA who did juiz from HNE's voice.-The english voice cast are similar. Osugi in HNE has the same personality as kenji in sumer wars, the missle scene in HNE is similar to the space thing crashing scene in summer wars.

the dub voice cast is similar. E.Jason Liebrecht plays both hei and train(Train="black cat" and hei="BK201"), Brina palencia is Yin and Eve who both have similar personality and past. the storyline is very alike. I was a fan of DTB and when I watched Black cat, I just fell in love with the series so yeah.

both anime talks about secret organizations that has "numbers" who has to save the world. In the EN dub, the main male leads are voice by the same person in HNE and BC. both number "X" have similar appearance and personality, in the EN dub both number "X"(Lin(BC) and Yuuki(HNE)) are voiced by the same VA . Same kind of story and feeling. And of corse alot of funny moments!

for those people who watch dubbed anime, you will notice Takizawa and Hei are voice by the same person in the english version. Hei meets a girl name Suo and she follows hei and help him. in Higashi no eden Saki is the girl who follows Takky around. Also both shows are very realistic(as said in the Funimation Higashi no Eden staff commentary).
