I see most people here are missing the point. The story was clearly written by someone who understands leadership and the work of a new leader in a company and the target was to provide the viewer with the wisdom in a fun way.
The hero joins the demon army that is currently in ruins, led by a group of variously incompetent generals suffering with many typical career issues a leader can have and at the top of the army, there is a demon queen, who has a noble goal that she however has no idea how to grasp/achieve. Probably one of the best "healing" anime I have ever seen. I would even call it a slice of life of fantasy isekai animes. That being said, the characters are rather shallow, also the behavior of the reborn protagonist doesn't really fit his previous life, but who cares? After a while the main theme becomes kind of repetitive, but is still enjoyable and it fits the "healing" genre. Also the final arc didn't really fit the previous parts - for some unexplained reason the author decided to completely change the aim of the protagonist and kind of cut away from all of the previous ... |
