No problem, I hope that you had fun! Don't worry about the response times at all, life to live outside of MAL lol

Yeah Berserk 2016 is one of the shows that I'll definitely catch next season along with Taboo Tattoo.

Don't get me wrong I think that Pokemon, Digimon, & Yu-Gi-Oh! were good children's series but as you age they don't hold up quite as well. Hey I'm a believer in watching what you will like to just because I like or dislike something doesn't mean that someone else has to have the same feelings. I have not seen Overlord but I'll check it out then based off of your recommendation!

Nice, it is always good to discover a hidden gem or pick up something great that you left off. Like a diamond in the rough lol

Yeah I have only dropped a few series so far and some of those I didn't drop on purpose but just kind of grew out of them like Pokemon or Digimon. Although I'm not sure I would change my watching experience because my taste has grown as I have with anime so it allows me to identify what and why I don't like certain aspects of a series. For example, I am not a slice of life, parody, or romance fan at all so I won't like any show with those elements. I would say my favorite kind of anime would be action but not just pure action, I usually like a bit of supernatural or fantastical blended in. Action/adventure/fantasy/supernatural/drama or something along those lines would be for me I think. What about you?
CodeBlazeFate Jun 17, 2016 6:01 PM
Actually, I heard that it is actually adapting an arc following that of the Anime.
TheMageKiller Jun 17, 2016 5:53 PM
Oh for sure, I mean I appreciate when other people want to offer an opinion but everyone is unique so I won't ever judge something without having checked it out for myself. I really did enjoy the most recent movies especially Resurrection F so I will give it a shot at some point.

Nice, I am waiting for Berserk 2016 to come out because I have heard good things about the series but never checked it out for myself. Good to know that you picked up something you dropped and are now enjoying it though. Its hard for me to pick up anything that I have ever dropped.

I am actually enjoying all of them right now, I know that sounds as if I like everything that I watch but I do try to be relatively selective. I have gotten pretty good at knowing whether I will at least have a chance to a fan of a series before I ever watch the first episode based on various factors. Point being, most of the stuff that I watch I am pretty sure that I will like it though sometimes I am wrong.

You're welcome.

Also, Bebop was awesome, I have a feeling I'll love Berserk when I get to it, and I guess ERASED was good too.
TheMageKiller Jun 13, 2016 6:19 PM
Alright for sure, the only negative I heard consistently was the anime level really changes a lot. Sometimes stuff looks very high quality and other times it drops, again this is only what I have heard so I should see it to judge for myself. No problem my friend, Erased looked pretty good to me and since its short it'll be an easy watch for me. Cowboy Bebop genuinely does deserve every ounce of hype that it gets lol

I have been watching Claymore, Boku No Hero Academia, Fairy Tail, & Trigun lately, what about you?

Well, for me, this is the order I recommend for the routes after Fate/Zero.

1. Unlimited Blade Works

2. Fate/Stay Night

3. Carnival Phantasm (not a route, but funnier the more you're in to Type Moon works like the Fate/ series)

4. Heaven's feel...whenever it comes out.
CodeBlazeFate Jun 7, 2016 3:03 AM
Yeah, I stillcan't believe ERASED made it that far at one point. For Fate/ series, I'd say, start with /Zero, then Unlimited Blade Works, then the 2006 fate/stay night; then wait for the upcoming Heaven's feel movies. Also, yes, I really enjoy Fate/Zero, especially its 2nd season, but I'll not hype it too much. Too much hype can destroy just about anything.
TheMageKiller Jun 6, 2016 11:14 PM
I don't want to overhype it or anything like that so I'll just say it is definitely worth your watch my friend.
Yeah Erased was in the conversation for anime of the season from my understanding and a dub is coming out soon so I'll watch that. How is Dragon Ball Super? I have heard mixed reviews from friends who are fans of the series. I haven't seen any of it but I loved Resurrection F & Battle of the Gods, I saw them both in theaters lol
CodeBlazeFate Jun 6, 2016 7:40 PM
Bebop eh? It's pretty good, even if it meanders at many points. However, as much of a slog those meandering moments can be, each of them lay crucial hints and moments for some tragic fleshing out and development of the characters of the Bebop crew. As for ERASED, sure it's #30 on MAL, tragically and regrettably higher than Fate/Zero season 2, but don't get your hopes up too high, lest you end up like at least 1/4 of the initial viewers who got disappointed near the end, booting it from the #4 spot, and the top 10. Albeit, it is definitely dramatic, and full of really cool bits and directing. If you're wondering how I found this out, I'm friends with @TheMageKiller too, and found you through his comments section.

Absolutely, I still have to finish Code Geass s2 because I was watching it with a friend and he wanted to take a break after s1 to digest it all. I just finished Cowboy Bebop which is now one of my favorite anime so far. Watching anything good lately?
TheMageKiller Jun 4, 2016 9:12 PM
hey man thanks for the acceptance, I am a fan of Future Diary and Code Geass as well. Let me know if you ever need a recommendation or just want to shoot the breeze
