There are many of the Chobits characters in Kobato. The resedent he stays at is the same, including the owner and her daughters, wich are the chobit twins. The place where Chi works at is the same in Kobato, the bakery Tirol. Its very amusing and gives it a extra flavor when you notice. Other than that, there are little simularities story wise. Id say for the overall enjoyment Kobato owns chobits in every aspect.
