Yo paso en MAL más tiempo del que debería, pero es que con la cantidad de manga que sigo, si no tuviese este apoyo sería todo demasiado caótico.

Me alegro que te gustase la reseña de Fourteen, es una obra que me gustó muchísimo e intenté hacerle justicia en la entrada. Aula a la deriva me suena muchísimo, ¿está editada en España?

Algún día quiero dedicarme profesionalmente al manga -como editora, no como dibujante- así que intento leer todo lo que puedo, aunque a veces resulta un poco exagerado.

Por algún motivo todos los autores de horror suelen ser pintorescos. En el último Salón de Barcelona, que estuvo Shintaro Kago, empezó a hacer chistes con su apellido y su traducción al español en pleno escenario. A la traductora le dio muchísima vergüenza traducirlos, pero tuvo su gracia. En el Expocomic, que pude hablar con gente de Ediciones La Cúpula, me contaron que Hidesi Hino era el contrario al estereotipo japonés clásico: era un tipo que te veia y te daba dos abrazos y dos besos en la mejilla, y era muy abierto para hablar. Son, realmente, gente muy única.

A mí Shintaro Kago me va muy a ratos, intenté leerme Cuadernos de Matanzas y fui incapaz, pero Fraction por otro lado es una obra impresionante a nivel narrativo.

¿Otro del 92? Sí que somos una buena generación jajajajaja.

Cuando te pases por Madrid, si tienes un rato, avisa y aunque sea nos tomamos un café juntos.

Juas, cuadras mucho con el tipo de gente con la que suelo ir. Para que te hagas una idea, para el último Expomanga mis amigos hicieron una grupal de cosplay de JoJo, con un montón de personajes, hasta la versión Tequila de Joseph.
Yo ahora estoy leyendo Fourteen, primera vez que toco a Umezu y no va a ser la última; A Hideshi Hino le conozco desde hace unos meses y benditos sean los editores de La Cúpula.
Es gracioso porque mis amigas son unas mojabragas de Kago y Maruo pero a mi nunca han terminado de tirarme y pensaba que el manga de terror no era lo mío hasta que descubrí a Hino.
Yo soy de Madrid, más del centro imposible.

Es raro encontrar en españa fans del terror más clásico de Hideshi Hino o Kazuo Umetsu -al que he empezado a leer y tiene pinta de que va a acabar ocupando el mismo altar que Hino.
Y además también te gusta JoJo.

I confess, the movie is extremely overrated. It's good, but only good, nothing else more. I plan to read the manga someday, it looks extremely superior!

Yeah, it was very intense. I liked it very much! The next Umezu's manga i plan to read is "Watashi wa Shingo", it looks like his most amazing work.

Well, I downloaded all of them at Mangatraders, but for online reading, they have the complete volumes at mangareader.

Fourteen is a hell of a weird manga, but it's very interesting and amusing. It is one of Umezu-sensei's most obscure works (and the last series he did before he retired from manga). It's worth reading.

And, so I think i'll be picking The Drifting Classroom to read soon, once I finish my current manga (Ushio to Tora and Hareluya II BOY).

I think we have similar tastes to manga =P.

You have read Kazuo Umezu's Drifting Classroom, right? Is it really that good? I'm planning to read it soon, because I like Umezu's Works (I started being a fan of him since I finished Fourteen)
