For myself and many people, I think seeing the 3D animation was the biggest turn off. However, as I continued watching, I think the angles and use of the 3D space were used fairly well. I honestly enjoyed this show, finishing it in just a couple of days. The characters may seem basic, but, towards the end, get much more development. The animation seemed sort of...I guess like a video game at times when they’d sorta just move up and down like a npc, but it honestly didn’t bother me once I got into the story. As for the story, the first I think 8

or so episodes were really good in my opinion. The fight scene on stage between Legoshi and the tiger (Bill? I think) was very well executed. But with Haru getting captured by the mafia, I think it was just thrown in there so that Legoshi could get the girl (not really tho.) The fight seemed very unrealistic with Legoshi throwing just a few punches at LIONS and getting to the top. Groups of at least 3 lions at a time, and Legoshi beat 35 of them? (With the help of the old panda) I mean I’m pretty sure, realistically, one lion could overpower a wolf and maybe one more for the OLD panda. The ending was sorta disappointing I guess. I mean I was honestly really sad about Louis cause I was actually really fond of his character, but Haru really just got on my nerves. She doesn’t seem fazed at all at Louis’ disappearance despite saying that he was the one person she actually liked and never confessed to, but just moves on to Legoshi saying she can’t live without him, but then says she’ll wait for him and doesn’t get with him when he’s confessed so many times and is right there!
Anyways, overall, I give this anime an 8 for the story (besides the ending :p) and for the characters (besides Haru :p). jk sorta
EXCITED FOR SEASON 2!!!
