This show is a pretty well worth Owning.

Overall Rating 7/10
This one follows the path of three generations of the Mutsu Enmei warriors as the fight famous warriors across Japanese history.

The first two arcs are pretty solid; I would say. The third really drags on…. … … … … It really drags. I almost say once you get past the first two arcs you should skip the last one. It’s too bad the last arc is the longest… But, the Mutsu Enmei guys are pretty cool. The fights are interesting. I’m just not a fan of the last arc…

This show is a pretty solid worth Owning.

The show is about Tamaya Seikichi, a famous fireworks maker from Japanese history. A rather fictitious account with aliens, ninjas, and a plan to reach the moon with fireworks.

If I remember right, that was the plan… The animation style is a bit odd but don’t let that hold you back. The show has some solid comedy and quite the cast of unusual characters. The old guy in the wheelchair really has a funny surprise. This show seems to have always been available very cheap. Do yourself ...

This show basically only worth online viewing.

Overall Rating 6/10
The show is something like killing these undead. These take something special to send the undead back to the grave basically

This one could have been a lot better, A LOT better. Most of it is the leading teenage girls coming to terms with the fights with monsters they have to fight for reasons not revealed until nearly the end of the show. I’m fine with the delay in answers. But the leads are such basket cases for sooo long it goes beyond my tolerance. The fights eventually get pretty ...

In a shop that only appears to a certain few, the high schooler Watanuki finds out the price he’ll have to pay to get his wish granted.

It's a story about how the supernatural world of spirits and the unknown connect to the real world in ways most can not see. Watanuki aids the beautiful shop owner Yuuko to solve the problems of those that are mysteriously drawn to her shop. The mystery and supernatural make this an interesting show.

I’d say a show Definitely worth Owning.
The Blu-ray release is the best way to own this great show.

A notebook falls from the sky and this if found by a bored, high school genius Light Yagami. The rules written on the inside cover include the title of this review, "The human whose name is written in this note shall die."

It's a story about shinigami, death gods, and guy who believe's he's the one true judge, jury, and executioner. An amazing show that pits the clever and dangerous Light Yagami against the great and secretive detective "L". ...

I’d say a show worth watching and Owning.

Overall Rating 3.5/5
A strong group of characters travel between many dimensions to gather the feathers of Sakura’s memories. This OVA has two parts that have time gaps between each other and season 2 of the TV series.

Rumiko Takahashi kind of did this with InuYasha and Ranma ½. This OVA picks up later in the manga than season 2 ended and kind of links into the TV shows with a couple flashbacks. It’s odd but I found it to work well enough to be a recommended buy and continuation.

A strong group of characters travel between many dimensions to gather the feathers of Sakura’s memories. It is very recommended you buy the OVA with this season. The OVA continues and leaves the show with a more complete ending.

This a tie-in show for most of studio Clamp’s works. Most of show’s characters are either directly referenced or remade. Watching all the other shows isn’t necessary but adds to the backgrounds a bit. xxxHolic season 1 before Tsubasa would be a plus though.
Anyhow, it’s a good adventure story. ...

Definitely a show worth watching and owning.
Set in Feudal Japan the lead character, Yukiatsu Ryuudou, eventually joins a secret sub-government agency to fight with the power of Ayagami (to form weapons from true names).

Yukiatsu, age 39, is overall joined to a group of other oddly talented adults and a couple of teenagers. So if you want to watch a show that isn't about another Japanese high school, this is a good show to get started on. The group fights Youi (aka Ayakashi, Yokai, supernatural creatures from folklore). The group travels around protecting towns and whatnot while the main plot ...

Mushishi (Anime) add
Overall
I can't agree with that average score this show has...

This show is episodic and has mainly just one character wandering alone. It also doesn't help that said one main character is practically lifeless.
What kind of life can you have without people around you? Ginko, the lead, can't be attached to anyone since he's wandering from village to village. Well, he has to. It's a plot point. That doesn't mean someone couldn't have been traveling with him...

The stories about the different mushi were somewhat interesting, I guess. In ten plus years of watching anime I haven't seen any show that mentions these odd creatures. ...
