Basically Shiki is an adaption from Ono Fuyumi's novel & there is also a manga & anime.
Since I 've read the manga I know a lil what its about so here you go:
Yuuki Natsuno moves from the city in a village named Sotoba. After a familly moves in the village in the middle of the night mysterious deaths start occuring which have no logical explanation.
While Yuuki thinks he 's being haunted by his dead classmate, Ozaki Toshio (the village's doctor) & Muroi Seishin(the temple's priest) start to investigate trying to find out what has caused death to the villagers & discover
