Both share the story of the lonely starving wolf who wants to become the best fighter in existence (kinda) and find a purpous in their lifes. The strugguler and The invincible under the heavens share an emotional journey about self reflection, discovery and growth. Both Musashi and Guts suffer from traumas because of the cruelty of the world give them at their childhood that they want to overcome those traumas and weaknesses by fighting and overcoming their swordsman abilities, in time they will discover that what they were searching was not to become stronger, but to escape in their hatred and fears. Berserk and Vagabond are masterpieces with beautiful art styles and great storytelling, telling us the story about fighting against the cruel and dark reality with the ones that we love and growing to become better versions of ourselves. There are hints of romance and shoujo-like aspects that made up to the drama in the story, as so the side characters are great, showing how they are people who feel like pieces of shit but in time they will grow to become better persons.

Kill la Kill is te edgy version of Sailor moon and i love it, both have unique style and show different sides of the sailor costume concept, one being a more comedy/shonen while other taking a little serious/romantic syle, but truly is a fun watch

Berserk was based on devilman in so many levels, the depictions of demons look like comming from hell itself, the antagonist is a femboy sexy son of a bitch and share the same duality between protagonist and antagonist, akira and ryo with guts and griffith, and both share the same brutal and dark setting

Aside from the fact that fujimoto was inspired in a way on berserk, both are a rollercoster of emotions and feelings, great art and both antagonists are sexy son/daughter of a bitch.
