Honestly, I think Black clover is kinda shit, but I enjoy it. Its a great show for when you don't wanna have to really invest into something or follow along too closely, just have some entertainment on. I was really hooked early on in the series just watching Asta get stronger and meeting the crew, but as the show went on, the jokes stayed corny, the plot was often predictable, and the animation stayed poor. I have gradually lost interest for these reasons.
After the Eye of the Midnight Sun (eotms) arc was over, I have found the new villains to be really poorly written
