I was so excited to finally get around to this one, I immediately was interested in the characters and their possible backstories, the artstyle and the vampire concept.....but unfortunately it was over almost as soon as it started....and that was the real bummer...cuz i was actually into it. i didnt realize it was gonna be so short. so there was no time for backstories or character development. it was just boom boom boom done.
if it was longer and they dove into the characters more i probably would have given it a 7...cuz it had potential for sure
regardless, i still think its worth a watch at
...

The only reason I gave it a 6, isnt because its bad by any means, its because it was over too quickly and i wanted more. But it being only 1 hr and 15 min long, everything happened so fast. There wasnt time for character development or to see relationships being built, etc.
overall, i felt like it had a good idea and potential...but i wish more than anything they would have packed this in a 26 ep season or something because i was excited to see where it went, but then it was over. I was just expecting more out of it tbh... I did love ...

TBH with you...I wasn't going to watch it.
Simply because I saw the trailer and noticed they used CGI (yes I'm THAT person, I HATE CGI in anime with a PASSION) HOWEVER, I was laying down and didn't know what to watch so I just decided to go with it and to my surprise, pretty good actually. I can still notice the CGI but I've kind of trained my eyes to not focus on it so much so I can enjoy the show...that and the story and characters are actually good enough to help me ignore it. I'm not mad that I watched it at all...in fact ...

Damn. Definitely had me sitting at the edge of my couch in silence for a long while after I finished it.
This is an anime I came across by chance, by digging deep. I mean DEEP. I've never heard a soul talk about it, nor can you hardly find anything about it online, which is crazy to me. I'm in multiple anime related fb groups with millions of followers and not ONCE was this anime ever posted about (that's wild, cuz they have EVERYTHING). So its definitely a hidden gem. I'm pretty critical when it comes to what I watch, I'll judge every little thing and I've ...

I chose this anime at random, I'd actually never heard of it before...
I love psychological, strategic game type anime. I wasn't too sure about the first episode, I almost skipped to a different show tbh lol but the second episode had me like, "Oh okay! I'm into this"...By the 3rd episode...I thought I knew was what was about to happen, I was so sure..but woof was I wrong. So now I'm awaiting the second season and my mind is racing trying to figure out answers (cuz that was a hell of a cliffhanger lol). December can't come soon enough I gave it a 7/10.. Only ... |
