"You're going to make love to me"- Chapter 1. Destiny Lovers is an ecchi, drama, where our protagonist Fujishiro is put in a prison-like environment with other "virgins" in an attempt to be seduced and "mate".
The story many sexual scenes of course, including topics such as Masochism and LGBTQ+. The story is honestly all over the place and also switches settings, but all to a satisfactory and weak ending, apparently being kicked off by its sequel.
Art is hot, consistent, but its wide cast of characters has weak notes, especially with an ugly bastard type character.
While the beginning was enjoyable to ... say the least, the ladder half was weak, confusing, and going nowhere, so much to say that it is only a point in reading for the scenes. 80% of rule 34 on Nhentai has more coherent plot than this one.
My advice; stay away, and if you read, be ready for a weak second half and be ready to read the sequel or be disappointed.

First and foremost, I'd like to say that Nisekoi is a fun and enjoyable ride of emotions for those looking for a funny cast of stereotypical characters, wrapped in a ball of romance, drama, tension, and of course with most harem, fanservice.

Story: 7
While not as story driven all the way through, there are certain "crucial arcs" that span across 4-8 chapters, that really are the more important story driven arcs. There are also one chapter long stories that all though do not go full throttle with story, but are enjoyable and serve as a comedic break for the more serious and plot heavy arcs, ... a solid entry level harem and romance format.

Art: 8
Art does remain consistent especially with when the mood sets for a more lighthearted comic style and exaggerated tone, or times where Komi wants the heroine to shine in beauty or personality, and full page panels or even the half page panels convey this.

Character: 7
While the characters are not really unique in any sort of way, they each have pivotal characteristics that bring out the cliche of their character and also change and develop into more human like reactions as they start to realize their feelings. While the MC Ichijo Raku is booksmart, he knows little to nothing about romance, usually resulting in failed attempts by the heroines and really displaying his main flaw, his oblivious nature.

Enjoyment: 10
While this section is the most subjective of them all, I truly did enjoy the antics of each of the characters and their obvious arcs, it never does seem to get boring, especially in the more action based arcs, and their contrast to the slice of life portions.

Overall: 8

It wraps up excellently so do not be afraid of a disappointing ending, and is a trademark and must read for romance and harem fans, but be prepared to be sad once it all ends!
