The difference with the Psycho Pass is Fractale is a light anime that has a fresh feel that is Fractale. Fractale is a utopian system that in its manifestation replaces the role of man himself. A person who has joined Fractale will receive an ideal service where all has been provided, even humans no longer need to communicate directly because the human role has been replaced by their respective doppel. Once upon a time there was a festival where among the participants there was not a single human being, who attended only their replacement doppel. Humans at the time of Fractale were so spoiled that they lost the instinct of their lives, human tasks at that time might just sleep and eat. In essence in that world there is never a conflict, utopia really materialized. But simultaneously human existence has disappeared, humans in those days were completely useless. An unremarkable main character will reveal the real ugliness of the fractale system. From this it becomes clear that Fractale is a system that imprisons human freedom unconsciously in order to realize idealism, utopia. If we look from other perceptions we will be aware of the fact that utopia is only the cover of the creation of dystopia (destruction).

Psycho-Pass

The similarity of the premise is about utopia-dystopia. And the first thing that comes to mind when hearing back the name Psycho Pass is definitely the power of the SyBIL system. SyBIL is an ideal system that controls the substance of human beings covering all things in it to realize the perfect system of society and governance, although it is essentially impossible, that is the name utopia leads to dystopia. The ideal world is a very desirable dream, but it is almost impossible to make it happen that various laws and norms should be ignored in order to make it happen. Psycho Pas illustrates that the actual form of dystopia exists in utopia. Such concept is actually almost the same as Shinsekai Yori and even its implementation exists, but the presentation is much different. Psycho Pass reveals dystopia in the modern world while Shinsekai Yori tends to paradoxize against the modern world (conservative)
