Isn't the movie referenced the original film?
which is a Western production.

I was looking at this week's NHK-E lineup for petit anime since you know how irregular they are as you got me Oidon and Liv+Bell.
Where I then saw Dam Keeper's tumbnail in the new news section.
Which linked to its rebroadcast info (well broadcast info, as this is the first time it's airing on NHK-E as it was originally a Hulu show)
where I then soft cried and hard cried.

Normal stuff you can make a custom schedule by following shows on cal.syoboi
they will tell you original airings, rebroadcasts, and broadcasts on various TV channels. Obscure stuff like Dam Keeper aren't on there but main stream stuff like Neko Neko Nihonshi 2nd Season is on there (which I expect Crunchyroll to license as they did Season 1 this year so there's no need to 'save' this anime).
But yeah with obscure stuff you need to visit either the official site or the TV channel's guide to see when the fuck it's running every week. Like that Oretacha Youkai Ningen show. Being listed as the 1969 anime on schedules but you wouldn't know unless you visited the main site where it tells you it's coupled with the 1969 show. And even then it was sheer luck that I was checking my PC folders by 'most recent' date looking to close MAL airing entries.

not sure if i agree but genres as a sorting tool is actually a great argument
flcl definitely differs from something people searching by drama tag will expect to see

I've updated the script to 1.0.7: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/18971-myanimelist-mal-average-friends-score

thx, for reporting the issue!

Mhm jquery should automatically detect html and create a new element: http://api.jquery.com/jQuery/#creating-new-elements

But since it is not working for you I could add an explicit parse like this:
var elements = $($.parseHTML(data)).find('table.table-recently-updated > tbody > tr:nth-child(n) > td:nth-child(2)').not('.borderClass.fw-b.ac');

Let me know if that works

Hey man, just passing by to say my thanks for the sources of various specials you give at the forums. Its a simple things, but sure save time. :)

Mn, fair enough. I've already started on Higurashi - finished the first novel. I actually ordered TRianThology - their newest VN - a few months back (only in Japanese right now...and I can't really read it). I've heard great things about several VNs, so I doubt I'll run out of material soon.

I actually didn't mean either of those things - I phrased it badly, haha! I meant "how'd you find it" in the sense of "was it any good? Anything you liked?" because I've been interested in watching it for a while now. I was looking forward to it because it's somewhat similar to Glass Mask in the synopsis.

Sounds like you've tried a lot of anime, then. Interestingly, we have a similar 'day count' for anime, but I've only completed 1/4 as much as you - and if we count everything but my PTW, I've tried a tenth as many as you. Though, I tended to rewatch a lot of stuff too, so there's that.

I just checked MAL's database, and there are 12,306 anime on there, minus the ~1,000 or so hentai. Oh, and if we subtract the ~300-500 anime that are impossible to find/watch, you end up with ~12,000.

So yeah, you've got pretty much everything on there. Most of it on your dropped list. I personally think I'd be fond of around 4,000-5,000 of the anime in existence currently, but maybe I'm overestimating a little.

Oh well. You're almost there.
VladimirNabokov Nov 19, 2017 6:06 AM
uhm well, i just added it to my dropped list because it's under 15 minutes (and to have it on my list) if it would've been over 15 minutes it would have been in my ptw-list now.
i didn't had the time yet to search for it - or was in the mood for doing so-, that's basically all.
(also i would eventually have gone through my entire drop list, as it's full of hentai and shorts (under 15 minute entries) that i'll eventually watch)

thanks a lot for the source though! :)

How'd you find Yawara!? I've had it on my PTW for a while now 'cause it looked mildly interesting...but it doesn't seem you like it too much, heh ;p

I just finished Umineko. Finally. After half a year (with a 3 momth hiatus). And it's definitely now my favourite thing ever. Though Chiru wasn't as gripping as the question arc. Shame the anime was so bad...i hear the manga's good, though. Sigh, I don't know ehat to do with these feelings I have toward Umineko, now that i've finished it.

The answer is read the rest of Higurashi, of course!

Anyway, long time no talk. Sorry bout that. I've been kinda busy with HSC and now work, among other things. But it's the weekend now, and things are looking up.

I see, guess we'll have to wait for it then.
