"rehost" means, that you save cards/pictures and uploads them on your own webspace.
You can get free webspace for example here: http://photobucket.com/ I uses this, just register there and than you can upload a limited amount of data there.

Then you put them in your profile with the [IMG]url here[/url]-command. The most users on MAL make an own blog entry in their profile for this - if you check my profile, you'll see it there too :)

We cardmakers can't always let the created cards on our webspace forever, sometimes we need the webspace for own things or when our webspace account gets deleted for whatever reason, the cards vanish. Thats why we want the people who ordered the cards to rehost them :)
