Both have monsters masquerading as humans. Aforementioned monsters devour people to stay alive.

If you liked Corpse Party: Musume add

...then you might like Kyoukai no Shinigami add

They both involve travelling to a parallel school building where vengeful spirits attempt to keep them there. Friends turn on each other and fight to stay alive. Romances are revealed and blossom and attempts to get back to reality are made. Corpse Party, however, is more fan service-y than Kagami Kai.

...then you might like Crayon Shin-chan add

Very random and funny. Has alot of cool action scenes and very stange art at times.

If you liked Faeries' Landing add

...then you might like Heart no Kuni no Alice: Wonderful Wonder World add

Both are very humerus. The main character is female and they both get transported to another world and are trying to get back. Although in Heart no Kuni she (Alice) is abducted. and in Fareies Landing it's by mistake. Both have alot of really attractive guys! I really enjoyed both and I highly recommend them.
