shimoneta is an anime with a lot of dirty jokes, which i personally enjoy a lot. The story is about a world where the concept of sexual jokes doesnt exist/are banned and a terrorist group called "S.O.X" is trying to bring out the perverted minds in people. I dont know how to describe the art style in shimoneta other than: modern/recent, which I am also a big fan of. The opening song is amazing, i even downloaded it because it is just so amazing, i skip most anime openings because they take too long and i want to get to the anime itself, but i ... dont with shimoneta, mainly because of the music and funny animations. As for the characters, i really liked all the secretly perverted characters, and the part where all the students get horny after watching flies having sexual intercourse, because it shows that everyone is actually perverted and is actually human. I especially like Anna after episode 3 because that also shows that even the most well mannered are perverts, and ofcourse Ayame is on point with her jokes and euphemisms. The scientist Hyouka is also one of the funniest characters i've seen in an anime, with how dead serious she sounds and how she always makes Tanukichi uncomfortable with her questions about "body melting" (a.k.a. making a baby). You'll definitely like this anime if you like sexual/perverted jokes, or like yandere girls which are constantly horny for a guy. This is one of my favorite animes and i find this overall to be a masterpiece (I am re-watching it at the moment).
