In both a demon and a hero - at first suspicious of one another - get acquainted, while working at human part-time jobs. Both main characters have been forced into this situation, although through different circumstances. Both main characters have a cute co-worker, a potential love interest that is their polar opposite and a quieter character that may be more than she seems. Both series have magical powers in them. The differences are mainly that the main character lacks real motivation, inhabitants of different worlds work together and not against each other, Yu-sibu contains more harem-like premise and there are no parallel worlds.

...then you might like All Out!! add

While rugby differs in rules and lacks some protective equipment, there's no denying the similarity between rugby and American football. All Out!! even somewhat makes a jab at this with Ebumi's Hiruma references. Both of these anime have the same basic feel about them, both have similarly memorable characters, the sports are very similar from outside perspective. It's a no-brainer, really.
