This is everything I want in a quick yaoi: it's funny, it's pretty, it's hot, and it's not 20 chapters long.
Story: 10. Plot is simple but elegant. MC salaryman Tomoya can't get erect and is dumped by his gf, so his big bro sets I'm up with a massage therapist, Hayato, with the hopes they can help cure Tomoya's ED. It' successful, too successful. The themes in this are genuinely and believably sweet, not Splenda sweet but organic brown sugar with a hint of lavender sweet like you'd find in artisanal chocolate.
Art: 10. Characters and backgrounds feel airy and light, very easy on the eyes

This is the good stuff. Great art, great pacing, great character dynamics, interesting sex scenes, the works. Add on top of this that we get gorgeous coloured panels and hilarious writing, this is so close to being a 10. Why isn't it? How has this manga not gotten a higher rating? Sheer moe heartthrob, adorable art style, and a bland, empty protagonist to slip into like a blanket out of the dryer! It's gold! This was really really sweet. It's refreshing to see the trope of a nerd pretending to be popular in a BL setting. I was a little annoyed when the main love interest was persistent in his approach, but by the end there was a lot of comedy to be had regarding just how deep his affection for the protagonist goes. Art was super cute, and not tiring to read. I also LOVE that its set after high school: consenting adults are cool! I was skeptical at first, the age gap not being my kind of thing, but it was tastefully and realistically executed. The characters relationship progresses at a reasonable rate for the genre. Also it was funny, lots of subverting expectations. The dynamic between the pair was also comical and nuanced. Subaru is by far the comic highlight of the story, and is perfectly contrasted by Ojisan. I genuinely believed these characters could exist.
