Again, a very late reply.
I hope you will excuse my lateness my friend, but I have not found myself in the spirit of writing for a while. And as you know, months will pass by in a flash if you are not careful.

Unfortunately, we have yet to hear of any asoiaf anime, but I do not think we should give up our hopes just yet.
With the recent success of the One Piece live-action, they should continue their advances into anime territory. It will be interesting to see where it leads.
Did you have a chance to see Netflix's Cyberpunk adaptation? I thought it was quite good.

I see, I have not seen too many myself. Although, I did find Grimgar to be a breath of fresh air in that scene. It is a real shame that they never made a sequel to the series.
I have not heard about 12 kingdoms before, but it seemed interesting, I might add it to the list.

Also glad to hear that you are still reading Berserk. There has been a couple new chapters even after Miura-sensei's passing, so it seems it will continue. I believe I heard that his assistant who had been working beside him for a long time, was a good candidate to take over and finish the series. Do not quote me on that, but if it is true, I do believe he will do the series justice.

I completely agree and relate to the short-attention thing, really is a shame that everything has to be quick and fast these days.
I notice it a lot personally when I have to sit down and study. My mind starts wandering within minutes of studying (>w<).
Books are good for increasing the attention-span back, do you read a lot, or once in a blue moon?
I find myself somewhere in between hahaha.

Yeah unfortunately there is severe lack of good traditional fantasy in anime/mange. But when I see western-influenced animes like AoT doing great, I get some hopes that somebody might create a western fantasy anime too.

Do you have any isekais you recommend? I am interested to hear your opinion!
I do like them a lot too, although they are never close to being a 10/10.

Is it worse that they are younger in the books, does it play out any different because of that? Or more of a personal preference?
The books really do sound dope, I'll have to pick them up sometime in the near future :D

Yeah haha that's the curse. Even if the series is good you have to wait a lifetime before a new season arrives.

man i like rikyu! i have never liked a character after i disliked them for their eveil deeds. but this manga wasnt about morality of its characters, it was more about beauty and art and perspectives. tottaly amazing. i got started because a friend in discord recommended that i watch it. i fell in love with it.

I am trying to analyze Sasuke because i have never analaysed a character before. i know his goal is to be know all over japan and leave a mark history, to be the best aethsate. i am trying to figure out his inner struggles and his external struggles. i think his external struggle is for him to be a warrior or a an aethsate. that is the central struggle i think. he have inner struggles about avenging his lord or following hidyoushi. he cant get angry at hidyoushi because he understand him, right. but that is for some moment , it wasnt central. what do u think is his inner struggle? or maybe he doesn't have one?
