This site has become indispensable for me recently since there are so many series out there to watch and I can't remember all but the best ones - yet I must vilify those hours spent on the simpler series >,< I've got a scattered and modest assortment now, but with some concentration I'm hoping to finally format this into a more useful list for other users. I haven't gone looking for any clubs here but that's not to say that I'm not interested if you'd want to ask questions about series or clarify a review - assuming I make one. I've also decided to reformat my ratings system. Before, I was operating under some half-formed attempt to rate a show or movie under consideration for what another person would want to read; i.e. I might not like a Gundam series but would rate it in consideration of those users who do enjoy that genre. Now I'm going to be selfish and rate shows on a fixed scale according to what I enjoyed the most or thought to be particularly valuable to anime as a whole.

2020 Update

Hard to believe ive been a member here for almost a dozen years, so thats cool. ⓬
Although i feel so old now since there seems like an exponential amount of new anime
that is now subdivided by seasons which is cool but oh my back. 👴
Well that and the indigestible glut of isekai fantasy series - imma just stick with Tensura, dont at me.
