This manga is barely enjoyable, with the constant reminder that it's just a self insert fantasy for the author, or the author writing a self insert fantasy for the readers.
There are some good parts, which is obviously the pacing of the relationship, in which they start dating and do lots of cute and diabetic stuff, which is nice to watch. It does feel like an actual relationship, not like other manga's, where they might take 50+ chapters to kiss once. The art style is good enough, as to where you can understand what is going on, even though the character designs might be uninteresting.
...
If you can turn your brain off and just enjoy, it's a very cute, diabetic manga to easily get washed away by. It might sound good so far, but it does have quite a few flaws too.
The MC has quite literally no personality, no background, no characterization, nothing. His whole character is purely created through the FMC, which is an average "gyaru" who is actually just a normal outgoing girl. She influences the MC to actually start existing, since before she influences his character, he quite literally has nothing. No family, no friends, no hobbies, literally nothing. He does get into gaming with the FMC, but he didn't play games before meeting her, so the only actual thing we know about his character is that he watches anime. It's so obviously a self-insert it breaks the immersion whenever you are reminded of it, if you can even immerse yourself with how many times it reminds you that he is just an empty shell.
The pacing might seem good, but it felt extremely forced, with the little sister being some magical wingman that only appeared as a tool for them to get together as fast as possible. The confession is also rushed itself, following right after one of the first outright romantic moments, which would usually make them realise their feelings, not outright confess in the moment. It does subvert expectations, but not really in a great way. Reading it feels very rushed, and ruins the moment a little bit. The MC has a little inner conflict about it, but succumbs to the mangaka's will within one chapter. It was honestly boring that he just accepted that he had a girlfriend, and his character completely shifted towards an average boyfriend, who isn't awkward doing physical stuff with his girlfriend, even though he doesn't have any experience with anyone, male or female. Even though he is literally set-up to be a loner-type guy without any experience at the start of the manga, yet completely changes when the manga needs him to, to add more diabetic moments.
If you want to read a diabetic romance, this is fine. But don't expect any level of immersion or actual care for any of the characters, or any events going on in the story, since it all feels like one massive fan-fiction story. It's as if someone's daydream of a perfect girlfriend appearing to them and falling in love with them for no reason came true, as if it isn't the main concept of the other hundreds of cloned romance manga's nowadays. It is still executed very poorly, with no consistency to any of the characters, except maybe the FMC, who carries the show, like a poster girl.
Overall if you just want to relax and read some diabetes, this is what you want, but it doesn't have anything to offer, other than those cute moments, so if you want an actual good romance, this is unfortunately not it.

I did put recommended, but this manga isn't for everyone. As you can tell from the synopsis, it's quite dark with the themes of sexual assault, suicide, murder, guilt. etc. The manga itself has very raw art, not in a bad way. It's kind of reminiscent of old chainsaw man art with thin lines and rough sketches.
There is a lot of emotion packed into the manga, but it feels very blunt and shoved in your face, instead of slowly developing into something that could make you shed tears. Not that it can't, but at the pace that the manga goes, it's just like watching
...
a tragedy, something that goes by too quick to cry over. It isn't such a bad thing though, as it can convey many emotions through these very broken characters, which are all suffering from some issue, and they're all interconnected in some way. The MC was actually surprisingly mature, and is very satisfying to watch through his actions, always trying to bring about something better for the characters around him, while also having to deal with his own struggles, but I can't say much about the other characters without spoiling. Overall the characters and themes are great, and there is a lot of emotion.
The pacing sometimes feels like it's holding it back, with pretty short chapters, moving onto the next thing before we get to fully digest the current situation. I really do like this manga though, and I think it's quite underrated, and I hope it gets more readers, since I want to see the manga continue and how the characters will develop, which I think is the best part of the manga, the characters. They are all connected through one tragedy, the effect it has on all of their separate lives being the focal point of this manga, and how they will move on from it and grow as people and try to live, as a family.
I do hope the mangaka doesn't focus too much on adding random details about the tragedy that started, the whole manga. As much as people might be curious, I feel after chapter 13, we don't need any more random lore about it, and we would rather deal with the problems, instead of creating more. I do want them to start working on living normal lives instead of dwelling on the past. After all, the whole manga itself is a tragedy, full of broken characters trying to piece themselves together, through interacting with each other and atoning for each of their sins. I think the manga has a lot of potential going forward, if it goes in the right direction.
