So... Let me just say I went to this with some expectations - having watched One Punch Man (Season 1) and hearing about how much Mob Psycho 100 lived up to the hype and learning the hard way it kinda doesn't...? Sorry guys, if you wanted me to start gushing about this show left and right, this review ain't gonna be about that.
I'll try to make this simple and concise: psychic abilities aren't that new a concept, nor are they original. But fine, I can let that pass. The author just needed a new way to make stories about overpowered characters - and don't think

I'm throwing this at the author's face: it works. Mostly, at least. With One Punch Man, it did. And I'm sorry if y'all don't like comparisons but it's very easy to difficult not to compare the author's different works, specially when they're this similar.
Let's do this by parts.
STORY: It's not that special, but not that bad, either. The characters are the redeeming quality, because I believe the author at least tried to make them feel real, gave 'em a moral compass or lack-there-of, etc. The story is highly bland if you look at it from an entertaining standpoint, of course, it's all for the sake of comedy.
I'm sorry, but the only CLOSE THING I did to laughing while watching this show was smiling when the main character had a wholesome moment or when those "IMMA-KILL-THIS-KID-HERE-AND-NOW" followed by the villain being brutally crushed by the protagonists moments hit. Those were funny, truly never gets old. This may be debatable, but I believe that's why One Punch Man is so appreciated, too. But that's another show, of course, let's keep our eyes on this one.
CHARACTERS: The one genuinely funny character? Reigen. The wholesome ones? Mob and Ritsu. The good ones? Dimple, the blond guy (sorry, can't remember his name) and the Bodybuilding Group Guys.
SOUND: For me, the opening got stale after 1 listen. I didn't even bother to listen to the whole ending. Not going to shit on either, though.
ART: The art is fairly good but highly reminiscent of One Punch Man. Not to say it doesn't look good, but it definitely has that "more of the same" vibe. Other than that, the animation MOSTLY holds up. Here's the thing: I get that some moments are pure and raw power and action, but some action sequences were ruined because of bad direction. Episodes 6-7 have examples of that. Once again, it's mostly my opinion.
ENJOYMENT: Watched it till the end for the characters. I haven't made up my mind about watching season 2. It was definitely entertaining, but I can't say the rating on this site is that accurate, though.

Oh boy, isn't this anime the best romantic comedy I've ever watched? Take it from me: a not so keen on romcom anime fan - Toradora has the best character development I've ever seen in months.
It all starts with a simple yet kinda confusing premise, introduced by the two main characters - Ryuuji and Taiga - they meet each other in an extremely odd situation: both of them have crushes on one of their classmates. From that: each one has the other one's crush as a friend - ALLIANCE MATERIAL DISCOVERED, PROCEED TO HELP ONE ANOTHER.

cliché and one-sided - until episode 5 (which is when you'll see the first appearance of the 5th and last protagonist - Ami), it's safe to say all the characters don't surpass their initial personality characteristics: the tsundere, the overly nice and energetic girl, the extremely responsible and nice vice-president from the School's Students Council... And on and on...
You reach episode five and you'll notice the characters are somewhat evolving in their own unique way - the writers made a good job on the character development, because all the characters surpass their initial, cliché personality traits; in my opinion, all the protagonists become some of the best and undeniably memorable characters in the romantic genre.
It's one hell of a ride, and Toradora never misses to keep you waiting until it unveils its most dramatic moments - which are really heart-wrenching and, for me (a real sucker for good drama), jaw-dropping.
At its core, Toradora can offer good characters, good individual development, great drama and heartbreaking moments.
Let's proceed to the technical part of this review now.
Can I just say how freaking horrible is the first opening? I mean, not the animation or overall concept - but the song. I'm sorry, I didn't enjoy it, not in the slightest. It's kind of annoying and I do not think it fits the tone of the show, but that's just my opinion. I'm damned to have the annoying beat of the song in my head for the next two weeks at least.
The second opening is an improvement - but I skipped it after I heard a part of it. I have to say I did enjoy some of the background pieces: they were good!
The animation is good and decent, specially for this genre of anime. However, some of the dramatic moments and possibly awesome scenes were ruined by a rushed animation. It's completely noticeable that the animators wanted to make it soft, fluid and enjoyable, but it seemed rushed and unintelligible. Maybe I just have a bad eye sight, but I did not enjoy it much.
Enjoyment? I really liked it - more than I expected to!

For someone who has been thoroughly disappointed by everything I've been watching lately - not to say I didn't enjoy what I was watching; "Kono Subarashi Sekai ni Shukufuku Wo!" gave me something I haven't been able to find in a long time, and I'll get there in a minute.
Let's start by saying that me giving an eight as score to this show is a big thing. This because, while I do enjoy the titles I choose to watch, none of them created that "I'M SO FUCKING OBSESSED I CANNOT EVEN" spark/feeling I used to have back in the day.

this whole review, I'll sumarize it for you: Konosuba is a great comedy entry with amazing characters and comedic moments that I won't ever forget. Do you like a light dialogue based comedy? Watch it.
You don't? Watch it regardless for the amazing characters it has to offer.
On to the actual review now.
PART 1 OF 5: STORY
"Konosuba" takes a very cliche premisse: a random shutout from the world dies in a very ridiculous way and is sent to the after life. Here, he (Kasuma) can choose between reincarnating in a new and appealing world or go to "Heaven", which isn't that pleasant as mortals picture it.
He is received and "prepared" by an extremely cocky, but extremely funny and genuine Goddess, Aqua - who is supposedly very acclaimed by her followers. She makes fun of him, he avenges himself by taking her to the referred "New World".
Other than that, he is sent on a mission to defeat a really bad enemy, which isn't actually that important in the first 10 episodes (which corresponds to the complete first season); however, he is confined to live with Aqua-sama and upgrade himself and his abilities, in order to be able to sustain himself.
He finds other two female allies (Megumin and Darkness), who are pretty much useless, while they look pretty powerful.
In this way, these four will indulge in some very funny situations and seemingly impossible missions, just to be able to treat themselves with basic needs.
It's way more interesting that I could express it in words, so you should just watch it for yourself!
PARTS 2/3 OF 5: ART AND SOUND
The art is colorful and light. Let's be real, you may find it childish. I do think the contrast of the art with the very "grown up themes" the show usually includes in its episodes is a joke on itself. I got to give some kind of award to whoever draws the special attacks' animations though - it may seem extremely easy, but I find them amazing!
The soundtrack is lively when it needs to, and more serious when it has to - it supports the dialogue very well. It's somewhat repetitive, which may give some comedy elements away - example: the track used for the comedic moments becomes recognizable after five episodes; because of this, when you hear the song, you immediately know there's going to be a joke (this may be good or bad depending on your view from it).
PART 4 OF 5: THE CHARACTERS
The best part of the show. You can say all you want, talk about overused jokes, maybe some recognizable comedy techniques, but the main four characters are unique even if somewhat stereotypical.
We have the cocky character, who brags and auto proclaims herself as the best in the groups and always ends up getting in trouble by doing so; we have the masochist, who just wants to be abused already; we have the second cocky character, who is just ridiculed or ignored when she tries to be serious about who she is.
And we have the fourth character who just has to take on the other three, while he does some dubious stuff himself.
You may think I'm bashing the characters, but it's exactly what I said about them that makes them so good. You may think it's a long stretch, but the combination of Kasuma, Aqua, Darkness and Megumin is the best quartet I have ever seen - and I'm so totally used and addicted to them.
If you want to know, my favorite character must be Aqua-sama. Don't kill me over that!
PART 5 OF 5: ENJOYMENT/OVERALL
What does Konosuba have to offer to whoever watches it? Extremely good, over-the-top comedy, a great set of main characters and an interesting enough premise to make you watch the first season as a test.
The best thing about Konosuba is that you don't need to laugh your ass off to every joke from it, since there will be always some moment you will laugh uncontrollably to. It's lighthearted, very funny even if your humor doesn't match the comedy techniques it uses, and has some really lovable characters!
Do I recommend it? Totally. Go watch it right now, and thank me later.
Let's see what Season 2 can offer me! I hope I won't forget to do a review on that one!

I'm going to write this review as a review of the full show - with this, I mean I will talk about season 1, so if you're reading this as you're watching season 1, please stop - even though I won't spoil anything, come back after you watch at least season 1.
"Ansatsu Kyoushitsu", also known as Assassination Classroom - a friend of mine, whose name is hackwxz, here on MyAnimeList - go check her out - talked about this show in school. When I was in 9th grade would be my best bet, but that doesn't really matter.
She just said: "I started watching this anime,

and it's so crazy! You have to watch it!". She didn't even know the show's name, actually, so she just said she would go search for the name and then tell me, so I could watch it. She talked about "a monster who ate 70% of the moon and decided to teach a group of students, who have been assigned to kill him". Obviously it seemed something out of this world, who could've have imagine something like that?
Anyways, let's just start with the actual review!
PART 1: PLOT/STORY - 9 out of 10
I mean, in my honest opinion, I actually started liking the story even before I started watching the show - killing an awful teacher? That's every student's dream! Even still, I didn't actually know that I would end up wanting to have Koro-sensei - the teacher and monster - as my teacher.
What I can say is that: according to the Government, Koro-sensei needs to be killed, and assigns the miserable Class E - I'll let you find out why I used the adjective "miserable" when you watched the show - to kill him.
They will try, oh, boy, they will try... And it will be funny as hell, at least, it was for me!
At the same time, they'll find out that the monster that teaches them isn't, in fact, that much of a "monster".
PART 2: ART - 8 out of 10
It's really good for this type of show. The plot is as simple as the animation. It fits the overall tone of the show, and it's well done! I liked it!
PART 3: SOUND - 7 out of 10
I mean, I skipped all the openings, none of them actually caught my attention, you know? They seemed pretty normal; however, it's undeniable that they fit the style the show has: it's for teens, for young adults, high school students!
The voice acting is actually pretty great, and since the whole theme of this show is assassination, death, murder, whoever chose the voice actors did an outstanding job!
PART 4: CHARACTERS - 9 out of 10
I already said that the plot is actually quite simple. If you were paying attention, you must've seen that I rated the plot with a 9 out of 10... That's a really high score, isn't it?
Well, let me explain why.
The characters in this show are just the purest, the realest characters I ever found in a comedy anime in a long time, you know? And even though they don't develop some of them, it's still quite honorable that they managed to develop the characters the way they did. I just loved it, you know?
Also, Koro-sensei is the best fucking teacher ever, and he's the most pure and genuine "antagonist" I've ever seen!
PART 5: OVERALL ENJOYMENT - 9 out of 10
The score is actually an average of the scores given above (I rounded 8,6 to 9). The show is great, I really liked it! I hope you like it too.
And let me just give you a headstart to say that season 2 is the last season of the show, so you don't get surprised like I did when I got to the 2nd part of the last season.
You could say that the idea of this show is so ridiculous that actually works really well! But hey, see for yourself!

Beware that I'm writing this review right after I watched the entire series. Even still, I'll do my best to not let my enjoyment of this show fool me into saying things that aren't true for me.
The best way to describe "Kyoukai no Kanata", or as it is called in English, "Beyond The Boundary" is using the phrase: "Some lovestories are greater than other". If you haven't watched the show, you'll probably be confused, as this show is included in the supernatural/fantasy genre.
"Kyoukai no Kanata" has a great premise, but it did made me a fool by hiding what it actually is. Regardless of that,

it didn't disappoint me.
THE STORY: 8 OUT OF 10
The story is quite simple, but due to the show's directing, it can be really confusing, specially at the beginning. Let's just say that you should pay attention, and if you don't understand something, you should go back and repeat the scene or dialogue.
From there, you'll notice that this anime has 2 main "parts": the first one is the supernatural one, in which the show deals with the plot that is about the supernatural elements the anime possesses. The second one is the romantic side of the show, in which the main focus is the 2 main characters.
In the end, I enjoyed both parts of the show, and therefore I give it an 8 out of 10.
THE CHARACTERS: 7 OUT OF 10
All the characters seem to be portrayed as some kind of abnormal beings, that don't act like humans; however, they all act like complete human beings, even if they do have some kind of supernatural power.
There are also characters that only offer comic relief to the show, but I did not thing that the character development was boring or stupid. Beyond that, thanks to the animation, all the characters are extremely cute and/or hot. Oh, and as a gay guy, Akihito and Hiromi? I ship it.
I think that the main reason people say that they didn't like the characters, is because of the big difference from their actions and they portrayal, as even though they are portrayed as different from humans, they always act like them. Some may like this or not, I guess it depends if you like the slice of life genre or not.
THE SOUND AND ANIMATION: 10 out of 10
For the first time in forever, I payed attention to the music of a show, and I didn't get mad about it. Not much to say about the music.
However, about the animation... OH MY GOD. First of all, just know that even though the plot and character might have flaws, the animation is completely outstanding. The battle scenes are epic, and if you're going to watch this show, watch it on 1080p... You'll thank me later.
| THE DIRECTING | The plot has potential, yes... But due to the directing of the show, the beginning is extremely confusing. When you reach the half way point, you'll get used to it, like I did... But I did want to give up on this show because of the mess it seemed to be.
| THE COMEDY | Did I enjoy the sixth episode of the show? Yes I did, but the comic relief seemed forced and extremely unnecessary at some times. There were times I really laughed, and sometimes I would just be like... Really? The show pulls out comedy in moments that should be darker, and it kinda ruins those particular moments.
OVERALL: 7 OUT OF 10
When I realized that "Kyoukai no Kanata" was something completely different of what I expected, I got a little bit skeptical... And because of the messy beginning, I also wanted to give up on the show. Well, I'm glad I didn't.
From there, even though I only gave the show a 7 out of 10, I do recommend you to watch it, as it is quite good, specially if you like the slice of life genre.

How can someone start talking in his first review? Specially when the review is for an anime like this one. I'll try to warn you of the following things:
- This is my first review. If I don't make any kind of sense, that's why.
- I loved and hated this anime.

Generally, a story's premisse is maintained by the things that one allows himself to know before actually reading or watching said story starting, developing and finishing. You automatically create an expectation and you end up thinking that you will love whatever you're about to read or watch due to believing that your prediction is right. "Mirai

Nikki" or "The Future Diary" in english, was the very first anime that completely fooled me. I'll explain why.
THE STORY: 5 out of 10
The story goes all over the place in this anime, but it never forgets to highlight what it actually wants highlighted. If you're planing to watch this anime like I was until yesterday, you must already have seen its main male and female protagonists. 50% of the core of this plot is completely centered in these too, you have been warned.
The other half of the core is what the premisse promised: action, blood, future prediction and many time-space related twists and a survival game in which 99% of the involved will die.
I read reviews and noticed that many people thought that the story is pathetic and ended up a total shit, but I don't agree with that. The story delivered what it promised to deliver. Watching the first 5 episodes of the anime, it's completely possible to break down the story's structure, and you'll be completely able to notice that it barely lets the main characters give other characters a chance to be developed.
The anime gives us heads rolling, tears, blood, a little bit of comedy, among with some other things. The flaws start here.
The biggest flaw of the anime for me was that it had many sexual tension, which may or may not be explained by the fact that I'm 15 years old as of the time I'm writing this. I just thought that many scenes were kinda ruined and didn't achieve greatness because of said thing. Regardless, even though I predict that many will find many things in this show offensive, I didn't.
Concluding this part of the review, I couldn't predict any twist (which is good), but only because I didn't allow myself to do so.
THE CHARACTERS: 6 out of 10
In this part I'll just be repetitive. The main characteristic that is common for all characters is that all the relevant ones have are completely insane and broken, with some slight differences that makes all of them unique.
The male protagonist, Amano Yukiteru does everything that is expected from him: he cries, thinks he's the victim, etc. One could say he's just annoying, but I'm just like him, that's why I predicted some of his minor decisions. Beware that he isn't as predictable as he seems though.
The female protagonist, Gasai Yuno, is probably the character that made this anime what it is. Without her, this would be completely different. I think that you'll love her, doubt her decisions and sometimes be extremely frustrated because of her actions - at least that happened to me.
Other flaw of the show is that it didn't give much room to give more depth and highlighting to Akise Aru and Uryuu Minene. They deserved more.
ANIMATION AND SOUND: 9 out of 10
Not much to say because I don't give much attention to the sound and animation. I enjoyed very much, that's it.
I give it a nine just because of Yuno's voice acting.
ENJOYMENT - 5 out of 10:
Before I even decided I was going to watch the show, I already was aware of a character's death, and regardless of knowing said character would die, I wanted to watch the show to watch that character. Just for that, I won't reveal which one it is because it would be a spoiler. However, I could say that my expectations for this character were completely fulfilled.
From this I just read the show's synopsis and I believed that what I had in front of me was just a survival game. I was half right.
In my idea, all the characters that I knew and would meet in the show were just rivals in this survival game. Main goal: being the last one standing. Once again: half right.
If you think that "Mirai Nikki" will only deliver what I said previously, you're completely wrong. "Mirai Nikki" deserves any hype that it gets and it is pretty addicting, but it's not (at all) an anime that you will unconditionally love. Even if you love it for one reason, there will always be a reason to hate it. Watch it and find out if you love it, hate it or hate it and love it like myself.
FINAL RATING: 6/10
