i got into anime in elementary in 2013 when i accidentally discovered trigun on netflix, the main character Vash's face was on the cover and i just so happened to see him as i walked past the tv, i thought he was so cool looking i immediately looked up trigun and ive been hooked on anime and more recently manga ever since
times ive cried reading/watching animanga
- watching 'promised neverland' season 1 sometime in 2020
- reading chapter 629 of 'kingdom' 9/13/2022
- reading chapters 76-78 of 'say hello to blackjack' 9/25/2022
- reading chapters 12 and 14 of 'alice in borderland' 11/18/2022
- watching the last episode of 'anohana' 4/12/2023
- watching the first episode of 'oshi no ko' 5/06/2023
my ranking system
10: life-changing, defines the way i think a story should be written, i usually think about it for months after, becomes a major talking point in why i love animanga. i usually try to enthrall myself in every aspect of it
9: fantastic, absolutely loved every last bit of it, nearly nothing to complain about. or rarely, a 10 that had 1 huge flaw that brought it down just barely to a 9 (ie: beastars, cyberpunk)
8: great, thoroughly enjoyed most of it, just something about it may not have clicked with me as hard as a 9
7: alright, found somethings fun about it, but didnt really blow my mind
6: okay, not really anything too special but watchable
5: just passable, bare minimum of entertainment
4-1: completely strenuous to watch to the point where there IS no point, i likely will never have many of these, because i tend to drop series i dont like right away
