The people who are complaining about this anime just like to destroy good things for other people. It's an adorable slice of life/ romance amine. Not everything needs to be politically correct, insightful or educational.
Slice of life is exactly that, it's life. So a girl crushing over a guy is relatable and realistic. It's a cute story and we don't need a detailed back story about her overcoming diversity or teaching us an indepth course on sign language to enjoy. Let people enjoy the little things in life.
