I really enjoyed this story for the first 209 chapters. Actually as I drew close to the end, I could tell that the end would not be satisfying. It seems as though the author ended this manhwa because it wasn't gaining traction and they wanted to move on to something else. There are so many unfinished story lines and plot lines. That said, the characters feel very real and so do the struggles they face. Our mc never really feels all that op. Yeah, he is very strong at the end, but he has a very human weak side to him as well. My only ... problem with this manhwa is how it ended. If they decided to flesh out the whole story, it could have easily been another one to two hundred more chapters though. The author got supremely ambitious with introducing plot lines that went nowhere and felt like they would have been resolved easily if they continued writing this. I wonder if there is a LN that has the entire story or if this is where it ends as well. I will have to look later to find out.

I rated this a 7 out of 10 at about 150 chapters in but I am seriously reconsidering that after seeing how the author just ditched the ending like that. It feels like it got canceled and the author gave us 3 panels to say oh but hey they did great things in the future...

This manhwa is just bad. There is no character development, world building is awful, side characters exist but in name only, and relationships between characters only exist so the author can say he didn't write down a straight line and call it a map. This is one of the most uninspired reads I have read in a very long time. I read to chapter 80 and then skipped to the last chapter. I should have dropped it much sooner, but even though I held out, I am glad I dropped it when I did. After reading the last chapter, I missed nothing from skipping 30 ... chapters. I was able to understand exactly what happened, what the story did in between, with no surprises or unexpected outcomes. Well maybe the only unexpected outcome is the mc said more than three words to the potential romantic interest that never develops.

All of that said, this could have been a good story with some world building and character development. The author wanted to make an action driven story and was so focused on his idea of having a cool super hero that he forgot to make him a person above all things first. We as the audience are given no reason to care about any of the characters or even see them as human. The only danger or drama that our hero faces is "I used to get bullied" and "now some people that work for me might be in some danger." But it never has any effect on our hero. It only mildly inconveniences him.

Watch the first 9 episodes and stop. The first 9 episodes are 10/10 the last 3 ruin the rest of the brilliance that is this anime. It goes from light hearted fun to trying to drill some twisted dramatic plot and completely ruins the humor and fun of the show. I can't believe I enjoyed what felt like the first 3 seasons cause every to or three episodes feels like a season. you'll see. but the 4th killed it for me.

The story is not quite unique as we have other animes that do the villainess thing and do it well but this does take ... a different approach to world building and comedy. The reverse harem in this game is not as obtrusive as it is in some of the other otome game animes i have seen it is appreciated.
