Story: 7/10
Although the story is unoriginal, I'm a sucker for zombie anime because there haven't been a plethora of them and even then, some of them weren't as good as this one.
Art: 7/10
The art was good for the most part, but there was no need for CGI. For example, it was obvious the Black Smoke monster was used with CGI and sometimes, when they showed a zoomed out action scene, they used CGI for the characters.
Sound: 10/10
Just go listen to the OST. Words can't describe how amazing it is.
Character: 4/10
I have to be honest: I hated most, if not all of the characters. They get
...
little to no development and I hated how paranoid everyone was. That rule they had for whenever you enter a new station, you have to stay in the train for 3 days made no sense. They were already checking people for bites, so why the 3 day rule? Also, I understood how the people were suspicious of Ikoma and Mumei because they didn't know about Kabaneri, but it got ridiculous to the point that they almost abandoned them twice even when they got saved by them. Finally, how is it that Ikoma is the only person in the entire anime that was researching a cure for the virus?? I know that it's the Industrial Revolution, but if something was threatening the very existence of the human race, wouldn't you want to do everything in your power to stop it??
Enjoyment: 9/10
I loved the action.
Final score: 8/10
Although there were some aggravating things about this anime, I still really enjoyed it overall because of the action. I recommend this to people who like action anime.

Story: 3/10
The story was all over the place. I thought it was going to be a typical schoolgirl anime with ships and they would go on missions, but then they have to fight a virus?? It felt like they were making it up as the story progressed and they were trying to drag it out.
Art: 9/10
I loved the art. It was consistent and the ocean looked very realistic, which was a nice touch. I also liked the designs of the ships, although some of them looked very similar.
Sound: 6/10
I liked the opening song and the battle music, but that was it.
Character: 3/10
Too many characters. I
...
felt like they tried to focus on too many at once. I didn't like Misaki as a main character. She was too indecisive and only cared about saving Moeka. I'll give her a pass, though because it didn't make sense how the school made first-year students the captains of some of the ships. How would the higher-ups know if they're ready to be leaders or not? It's obvious that she wasn't fit to be captain of the Harekaze.
Enjoyment: 5/10
I only enjoyed the action scenes.
Overall: 5/10
It was okay. That's all I can say. The anime tried too hard to be a moe and action anime at the same time and it didn't really work. Honestly, I would've liked it more if they focused solely on the action. There's also some drama that I wished could've been more explored upon, but it's either quickly resolved or never developed. For example, there are a few students that questioned Misaki's leadership and there were times where I seriously thought they were gonna mutiny. That would've made the anime so much better. But they didn't and that's disappointing. I would recommend this to people who like action as long as you ignore the stupid parts of the anime.

Story: 10/10
I love the story. It's original, makes sense, and gets better as the anime progresses.
Art: 7/10
The art is okay. It's not one of the best I've ever seen and doesn't really stand out, but it's consistent and fluid.
Sound: 10/10
Words cannot describe how amazing the music is in this anime. Just listen to the opening song and you'll instantly be hooked. I could listen to the entire soundtrack of this anime for hours.
Character: 10/10
They did an excellent job with all of the characters. This anime is a perfect example of how to develop your characters. Katsuhira was the best example. He started out as a
...
bland main character that you don't really care about. But as the story progresses, so does he as a character as he learns to accept pain and develop normal human emotions. Eventually, he becomes a main character that you can relate to and root for. Although I liked all of the characters because of their unique personalities and getting their time to shine, my favorite character was definitely Nico. She really inspired me in the ways she kept the group together despite the shit she took from Honoka about them having nothing in common. I also felt a connection between all of the characters and rooted for every relationship. I didn't have a specific favorite because I thought all of them were cute.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I enjoyed everything about this anime, even the feels. That just made it so much better.
Final score: 10/10
I'm not really a fan of drama anime because of all the feels, but I definitely enjoyed this one. Definitely recommend it. One of the best drama anime I've ever seen.

Story: 6/10
I like the story because it creates some really funny scenarios.
Art: 7/10
The art was really good. It stayed consistent and I liked the costume designs of the characters when they were in the game. It was just the right amount of brightness. The only problem I had with the art is that all of the girls had the same lips in which they had lipstick on their lower lip. Honestly, it's not that big a deal because they are still cute.
Sound: 9/10
The music in this anime is surprisingly good. I liked the opening and ending songs and the music they played during the action
...
scenes were better than I thought it was going to be.
Character: 9/10
I love all of the characters. They each have their own personalities and traits that make them stand out. Also, I felt a connection between all of them in which I believed that they were actually friends and worked well together. I do wish that we got more backstory on them like how they became so obsessed with net games.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I really enjoyed it. Every episode was hilarious and I liked the action scenes too, especially in the last episode.
Final score: 7/10
This anime was surprisingly good. Good comedy. Although one of the genres for this anime is ecchi, it's more fanservice than "shove it in your face" ecchi. Definitely recommend it.

Story: 1/10
The story only fits anime with a schoolgirl theme/setting. Any other anime, it wouldn't work. So basically, it's unoriginal.
Art: 6/10
The art was good for the most part. It's just the right amount of brightness, which is key to a schoolgirl/moe anime and the girls are cute. But the fact that the main characters are the only people with FACES is lazy. I mean, really?? They couldn't take the time to at least put faces on the other students in the class?? Unbelievable!
Sound: 1/10
Awful and forgettable. I hated the opening and ending songs and the music they use in the episodes just sounds so simple
...
and retarded.
Character: 1/10
This is 1 of the few anime I've seen in which I've hated ALL of the main characters and I've been watching anime for 5 years. You know an anime is bad when you hate the characters. Hibari is considered the main character, but we get little to no backstory on her! There are hints, but of course, they're too lazy to go into detail just like with the art. Also, her liking the construction sign is the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life. They basically shove it in our face that Hanako is unlucky. Every episode, something bad happens to her. We get it: she's unlucky! You don't have to remind us every single damn episode! Botan was so annoying with her constant injuries, Hibiki is a HORRIBLE tsundere, and Ren is kind of like the female version of a bland shoujo male main character. That's the #1 problem with this anime: they gave each character 1 or 2 personality traits and made it a running gag in which they showed it in each episode. I get that they're unlucky, so that's the main reason why, but they should've figured that at some point, it's going to get repetitive, which will eventually make the anime boring and unejoyable to watch.
Enjoyment: 1/10
I got absolutely no enjoyment out of watching this anime.
Final score: 2/10
They did everything that you're NOT supposed to do in a schoolgirl/moe anime. Lazy art, annoying characters, and unenjoyable to watch. The story itself is pointless. The teacher gives them assignments to do so they can find happiness and if they fail, they get a punishment. The main characters always fail the assignments or end up in last place, but there's always a loophole, so the punishment doesn't end up being that bad. In that case, what's the point of teaching them happiness if she lets them off the hook all the time?? Don't watch this anime. It's bad. Period.

Story: 7/10
The story starts off slowly since most of the episodes are just them solving cases and it is a bit episodic but eventually it picks up at the end and since there's going to be a season 2, it'll probably be better.
Art: 7/10
The art is good. It's not the best art I've ever seen, but it's very similar to Soul Eater.
Sound: 10/10
FUCKING AMAZING!! The opening, the ending, the music played during the actions, all of them are amazing, especially the action scene music. I could listen to it for hours.
Character: 3/10
I can already tell people are going to be like, "WHAT?! How can
...
you give the characters a 3/10?! All of the characters are amazing!" I agree and disagree. I agree because they are all unique and get their time to shine. I do think it is very creative and original that they're named after famous authors and their most famous work. But there are 2 glaring errors with the characters: backstory and episodes 8-11. We get little to no backstory on them and judging from the ending, I have a feeling that's going to be a similar issue in season 2. The reason I picked episodes 8-11 is because that's when Atsushi and Dazai get kidnapped. 1st of all, they never even attempt to rescue Dazai and the only reason they rescue Atsushi is because the President told them to. This infuriated me and put the characters in a negative spotlight. Look, I get that Atsushi is kind of useless until episode 8 and the agency only took him in because he was homeless, but that doesn't excuse the fact that they knew he was kidnapped and were going to leave him to die! Also, if he was so useless, why didn't anyone attempt to train him to control his ability?! The fact that he's suddenly able to control it is a plot device. Finally, I know that it turns out that Dazai was just on a mission the whole time and could've escaped whenever he wanted to, but come on! You have to admit that it is kind of odd that nobody worried and tried to rescue him in case he got in trouble.
Enjoyment: 4/10
I enjoyed episodes 1-7, but episodes 8-9 ruined the experience for me. The action scenes are good, though.
Final score: 5/10
Overall, I had mixed feelings about this series. I loved it and hated it. I'm still going to watch season 2. I think if you liked Soul Eater, you might like this. Otherwise, I think for other people, it might be a hit or miss.

Story: 10/10
I liked the story. A spy agency working behind the scenes before World War II. It was interesting because although Japan is technically the enemy during World War II, I like anime that focus on the perspective of the villain since usually, the villain's point of view is as interesting as the hero's.
Art: 8/10
The art was really good. It fit the anime and it stayed consistent throughout the series. The only problem I had with the art was that I don't know if it's just me, but it looked like some of the spies had similar face designs. I could be wrong, though.
Sound: 10/10
The
...
music is perfect. It's perfect for this anime. Both the opening and ending songs are great and the music played during scenes do a good job of setting the atmosphere.
Character: 2/10
Here's where the anime disappointed me. Most of the characters have no personality. I can't even say they're 1-dimensional because I don't even know what their personality traits are. Also, I get that they're spies and had a lot of training, but they were never put in a situation where they had to think on their own and not just rely on Yuuki's training. Even when it looked like they were in a dire situation, at the end of the episode, we find out that it was all just a part of the mission. I wish something that wasn't part of the mission happened so that they could use their own logical thinking and wits to escape. We never even found out what happened to that liaison who was reporting to Yuuki and the military. Finally, we only get backstory for like 3 of the characters.
Enjoyment: 4/10
It was hard to enjoy the series as a whole because it was episodic.
Final score: 4/10
I was very disappointed in this anime. I stuck with it because although it was episodic, I was hoping for a huge plot twist such as all of the missions that the spies completed would come around full circle and be related in some way so something significant would happen. But it turns out that they don't. One thing that was stupid was that it turns out there's another agency that hated the D Agency, but they only appear in 1 episode and never show up again. If that's the case, what's the point of even giving them an episode if they don't even pose a threat?? It's lazy writing and shows that they were running out of ideas. I would've liked if the agencies were pitted against each other such as if the spies from each agency encountered each other or something to that effect. Finally, this is just my opinion: I know that not all of the characters are Japanese, but it didn't make sense when the non-Japanese characters spoke to each other in Japanese! For example, the British people speak to each other in Japanese and so do the Germans! Overall, don't watch this anime. You'll just be disappointed in the end.

Story: 3/10
There's not much of a story. It's basically about the characters protecting the ship.
Art: 5/10
The art was okay, but I couldn't help but notice the glaring errors in the animation. Sometimes it was stilted and lazy. For example, there are times when someone is in 1 position in 1 frame, then they cut to someone right next to them, and then they cut to the person next to them in another position entirely. It's as if sometimes, they didn't want to put in the work of the character doing fluid animation or doing something in one frame. This is especially noticeable in the last
...
few episodes.
Sound: 6/10
The music was good, especially the opening, but I didn't really like how they changed the ending song almost every episode. I think they should've just stuck to 1 song, especially since the series is only 12 episodes long.
Character: 6/10
The characters are okay. Yes, most of them are cliché, but I didn't hate them. My favorite character was definitely Hayato. He wasn't your average harem anime character whose a pussy, afraid of girls, and dense. Most of the time when he was alone with a girl, he was confident and knew what to do or say. And my favorite thing about him was that he actually chose a girl.
Enjoyment: 6/10
I enjoyed the action and romantic scenes and there was a lot of kissing, but I can't ignore the times where they used harem/ecchi clichés that made me go *facepalm*.
Final score: 6/10
It's not good, but it's not bad either. The thing that kept this series from being good was the clichés. Otherwise, when the series did things that were good, it was GOOD. I mean REALLY GOOD. I'm giving them a pass on the lack of character backstory since the ending gave an indication that there might be a season 2. I think it'll be a hit or miss for people on whether or not they like the series. I would like for it to have a season 2 because the potential is there; It's just a matter of whether or not they capitalize on it.

Story: 1/10
What story? It's just your typical schoolgirl series with motorcycles about their daily lives.
Art: 3/10
The art was horrendous. Stilted animation, horrible character design, and whenever they were riding their motorcycles, they suddenly became 3D along with the entire background.
Sound: 3/10
The music was terrible. The only song I kind of liked was the ending. Otherwise, the music they used in the scenes was so simple and forgettable.
Character: 2/10
All of them are 1-dimensional and get no character development. The only reason I'm not giving the characters a 2 is because I will admit, all of the girls are really hot.
Enjoyment: 2/10
I don't know anything about motorcycles,
...
but even if you do, I guarantee you that you will not enjoy this series. It's boring and random. The only source of enjoyment is the fanservice.
Final score: 1/10
Don't watch it. Just don't. There are way better schoolgirl anime out there than this poor excuse.

Story: 3/10
Eh, it's unoriginal. A girl that's lived in the boonies all her life suddenly wants to leave and experience the big city.
Art: 10/10
The art is beautiful. It's just the right amount of brightness and the animation is good, too. Although the characters wear simple clothing, it fits the series considering that they live in a village so I'm fine with it.
Sound: 3/10
Is it just me, or was there a limited use of music in this series? Seriously, the only songs I remember are the opening and ending, which is disappointing.
Character: 10/10
I love all the characters in this series. They make the series good.
...
All of them are unique, but they mesh together really well.
Enjoyment: 7/10
I really enjoyed this series because of the comedy. Every episode cracked me up because they do a really good job with the comedy.
Final score: 7/10
Surprisingly, nobody is talking about this anime. It's an underrated comedy. Definitely recommend it to comedy lovers. If you're still deciding whether or not to watch it, my advice is to save it for a rainy day or a day where you have nothing to do and just binge watch it.
