Unnecessary unexplained romance forces an abrupt conclusion, breaks consistent theme of problem solving, the self-improvement theme set up by previous season is still due to completion, bad execution of specific tropes getting old, no proper character closure, not worthy of being called conclusion for unresolved issues but also because it's still interesting to see it play out.
To think the conclusion would end in such a cliché even after waiting so long for a consistently well written anime is such a let down. Wouldn't have thought something as unique as oregairu would simply cash in on it's hype and end like a typical romance, throwing away
