To get revenge, MC make friends with enemies and killing them no matter what happens bcos revenge is everything for MC and at the end realising revenge is nothing. Why both Animes are underrated bcos there is no fan service and it takes few episodes to know what is happening. Gankutsuou and 91 days have different kind of World. In Gankutsuou it takes in future where ppl are living on moon, in 91 days it is from 1920s Italian mafia days.

Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran is closer to Samurai Champloo. It is not easy to compare to the famous anime, but Kazemakase has similar world and adventure, with being more realistic also music is good. Shows how the medieval Japan was and excellent fight scenes when compared to its time. This has better episodic stories than Samurai Champloo.

In Vinland saga, after all the problems MC wants to create a peaceful country in unreached land called America & In Bokkou after seeing many wars, MC goes to unreached island called Japan. Before they reach their goals they see similar things like foolish kings, slavery, wars, etc. Art is great in Vinland saga & in Bokkou there are strategies.
