This anime's full of crap.
I don't mean that it's crappy, but it stinks to high heaven with the gilded layer of quality of just another harem anime with a pretty bow wrapped around it.
I had high hopes for this show, assuming that it would be another Haruhi or Toradora, but by the time a second girl started confessing her love to the bland, loner protagonist I knew it was time to smash that abort button.
The characters in the first few episodes seemed lovable, and I had high expectations for the protagonist after his confession of love that this would be a romantic drama, but

Shaman King, much like most other shonen manga is a story made to appeal to, of course, children as the primary audience, so I'm going to go out of my way instead of spending time being productive to allocate effort on writing a review on a 20 year old manga not aimed towards me as the primary audience.
