TLDR: It's so close to a masterpiece
This review will be based on both seasons of Little Buster
Story 9/10
If you want more content like Angel Beats this is an alternative version of it. It started off very similar like Angel beats where the story is average but if you give it enough time, especially towards a specific episode it gets insanely emotional, especially the second season. The story is about a group of childhood friends that has made a baseball club called Little Busters and throughout the seasons they are recruiting more members into their club. The first season is very easy to follow and does
...
not give any complexity to the narrative until you reach certain characters where they dive deeper into the character's backstory which offers a great amount of emotional content. Season 2 is where the REAL game starts. That is where most of the content starts to depart from the comedic and light-heartedness element of season 1 and starts to focus more on the complexity and physiological element. It get's so emotional to the point that it'll make you cry that's for sure and there is a lot of mystery that will eventually be answered the more you invest into it.
Characters 8/10
The characters is a lot better compared to Angel Beats. Angel Beats simply didn't give enough context for most of its characters however Little Busters gives a lot more content and no one feels left out. What is important is that it does not feel rushed and most of its characters have shown great depth in their background story and perspective at the same time. However, towards the second season, most of the characters that are outside the original Little Buster mostly felt left out, but to compensate for it they did offer a massive amount of content from them in season 1. Overall its not bad on how they showed their characters and each of them has a fair amount of screen time.
Animation 7/10
The animation for Little Buster is good. You will not see any badly drawn parts throughout the series. There is occasional CGI from time to time but doesn't destroy the series.
Music 10/10
Trust me, if you love angel beats music you will love this as well. It's very soft and simplistic music that is played throughout the series which adds even more emotions to the sad part.
Conclusion
Overall, this series is on par with the Angel beats storytelling where at first starts off average but the more you invest into it the more emotional and better it gets. The animation is good with some occasional CGI and the music has a soft yet emotional touch towards it. The characters in this series is better than Angel Beats as it offers more content and perspective from each of its characters which gets very emotional.

TLDR: This is so bad that is funny to watch.
Character 5/10
The characters here would make you go holy fuck this is so bad that is funny. So you have this guy named Anos the main protagonist that is a former Demon King who has been reincarnated. He is so fucking overpowered to the point that he can speak and turns straight towards adulthood after being 2 weeks old. He can also fuck you up and kill you with just his heartbeat alone. You can picture him as Saitama from OPM but has magic that can solve anything. He has everything such as Bitches, power, wealth,
...
and you name it but instead, he chose to live as a modest student with overwhelming power. I don't know why but with this overwhelming broken power there are still people in this world that still challenge him to a 1 on 1 fight and somehow most of them are at the academy where he resides. Aside from that other characters are typical shonen cliche characters that aren't very interesting and quite predictable.
Story 4/10
There was once a demon king who had overwhelming power and could gain and control everything in the world. However, one day he decided to settle a promise with a Hero that this Hero will kill him and gain peace throughout the land. And the next time when the demon king reincarnated they will be as friends, not enemies. Until centuries later he was reincarnated. He is so broken upon his reincarnation that he can speak and turns straight into his original form as a 2-week-old baby. He can even fuck some dude up with just his heartbeat alone. To be fair most of the time is all about the demon lord who just wants to have a decent high-school life however upon his world there is much racism and discrimination at where he is. And those who view themselves as a higher class for the demon always decide to cause trouble or challenge him even though he is basically a god.
Animation 7/10
So everything is well animated that's for sure but my god it is funny to watch when the fight scenes drops from 60 fps to 30 fps. That is how the animation looks like. They look well when there isn't any fight but looks like garbage when the fight actually starts.
Conclusion
I won't lie this is funny even though is trying to be serious however most of the time the story is too ridiculous towards the point that is funny such as the Demon king is so strong and everyone knows it. Yet there are still some people in that world still DARES to challenge him. The animation for the most part is not bad but when it comes to the fight it does look downgraded.

TLDR: It's about nation-building.
This review will be based on the whole series up to season 3.
8/10 for the series
Story 9/10
A former Human has been stabbed in his previous life. He was therefore reincarnated into another world with a very broken ability that allowed him to absorb any abilities within that world and become that ability. However, it is at a cost of becoming a different species which left him to be Rimuru the slime. Throughout his journey, he meets up with a few goblins that have been constantly attacked by the wolves clan due to the significant difference between the power level of the goblins
...
and wolves. Rimuru then defeated them and settled the war between Goblins and wolves to become partners. This is when Rimuru discovers that the current place they're in is mostly filled with monsters and many of them have independent mindsets. Rimuru sets out a goal to establish this place that can allow both Humans and Monsters to live in peace together. At first, the story is quite good. They begin the story by introducing problems in which there are many problems such as the lack of understanding of this world, The current place they're in has an independent monster group that is not unified, and an overlord that wants to cause the downfall of that nation. Rimuru started tackling those problems bit by bit and instead of using violence he took a different approach by establishing friendships, allies, and trades along the way. This shows Rimuru's capability as a leader and how to manage those issues properly which is a pretty important skill to learn as he is a former manager. Towards the later series, the interesting narrative has been explained, and everything feels like it is meant to end. The only purpose is to prolong the series with no important narrative involved such as building an entertainment district or a train system. The villains mostly felt left out and the series mostly focused on political and economic trade, which made most of the action nonexistent.
Characters 8/10
The main character Rimuru is quite a well-portrayed character in a manager's sense. There is quite a lot of educational content to learn from Rimuru on how to become a better manager. It is hard to be a well-liked manager because you can't be too much of a control or you will be viewed as a tyrant and at the same time you can't be too lenient as everyone would not see you as a boss. Rimuru keeps this balance well to give his subordinates the freedom to do their jobs and at the same time correct the mistakes of their subordinates. It is important to give punishment but those punishments must be learned from their mistake which most of Rimuru punishment did. Other characters are quite generic in a sense but they're not bad just typical. However, they do have a lot of personality and quite some good backstories as well.
Animation 7/10
The animation is strange. They're not bad but very generic in a sense. In the usual scene when there is no fight the animation looks fine however when there is a fight scene the animation looks good yet average at the same time. That's mainly because the fight scenes are too fast and is hard to catch up on what the character's fighting style looks like. This makes the scene feel or look scribbled however they are not. It's still not bad fight scene but is not up to the level of Bleach TYBW.
Conclusion
It's about a reincarnated human that is currently a Slime who wants to build a nation that both Humans and Monster can live in peace. However, to achieve that goal their is a lot of unsolve problems which Rimuru needs to tackle it one by one which this shows a great example on how to mange a work environment in a sense. The animation is good but when it comes to fight scene the fighting scene looks a bit too fast which makes it feel scribbled but in reality is not.

TLDR: A must-watch and a very emotional masterpiece if you have seen the previous seasons.
Story 9/10
This time the story still follows the previous series where they camp and do fun stuff. However, they are all grown up and have their own personal life to attend to. Throughout the story, they have a goal to build a park that is designated for campers. Many of the stories mostly focus on constructing the park and meeting old friends from high school. While at the same time there is still some educational content based on camping throughout the story. So you can expect more or less the
...
same from previous seasons
Characters 10/10
So the reason why this is so emotional is mainly due to the characters. The characters you loved from the previous seasons used to be High school classmates/clubmates. However, as they grew older and matured into adulthood they started to go on their own separate lives. It is not like before they used to live with their parents and be in class together 24/7. They all have their own jobs and responsibilities and they cannot be together all the time. It is the feeling of not wanting to see your characters go because you're so used to seeing them together having fun, and doing unique camping activities but as time goes on they can't stay here forever because they have their own career. This type of emotional content is seeing people growing up and missing the old great times when they were together. Not much anime other than Mushoku Tensei and Frieren depicts this perfectly. The character showcase is at the level of Frieren but took a different approach where Frieren is more direct about time and the past but this is more indirect about time and the past. This is because in Frieren they mostly talk about it but this one shows the characters together which it brings back past memories but they never talked about it however, throughout their activities, you can see they're trying to relive their old glory days. This is really hard to show in most series and to do it correctly and perfectly.
Animation 8/10
This is more or less the same animation from the previous seasons. Not too impressive, not too bad either but suits the style and needs for the quality.
Conclusion
This is a great series that talks about friendship, camping, and way of life. The characters are demonstrated in a very realistic way of day-to-day life and missing those nostalgic days of the high school youth. If you have seen the animation from he previous season than this is pretty much the same and it didn't change that much.

TLDR: It's about a clumsy girl who is always getting taken care of by her cat.
Story 7/10
There isn't a story here as most of the time is about slice-of-life, comedy, and entertainment. So if your not into a heavy slice-of-life anime this is not for you. Saku the owner of Yukichi has always been busy with work. This had made her lifestyle significantly disorganized and unprepared outside of work. However, within her work environment, she is always viewed as a highly clean and organized independent young woman. This is not the case as most of the chores, food, and lifestyle management are carefully prepared by
...
her humanoid cat called Yukichi. This is where the story of Saku and her cat begins. The story highly focuses on the slice-of-life and most of its settings are within her apartment. They implemented some comedy and entertainment facts such as day-to-day chores to make the series interesting but let's be for real.
Characters 8/10
The story is pretty average but the characters do have some interesting premise such as the mystery of how Yukichi turned into a giant cat. Saku's discovery of the relationship between Rio and Yuri as Rio portrays Saku as a role model. I'm not sure where to put this statement as this align to both the story and character. So for most series that puts most of its narrative into the room setting is quite average at best because it limits the storytelling settings and interactions. The one that utilizes it to a great degree is Bochi. Bochi has most of its setting at a small performance band setting which is underneath her friend's house. However, if you take a look at it between Dekiru and Bochi is that Dekiru use this environment that mostly focuses on the two characters with hardly any outside character that is involved however, at Bochi we see many different types of characters involved because we're not just seeing the main characters together we are also seeing both the side and supporting characters with the main character together. This s why series like this must have a great character personality and entertainment to compensate for the lack of other characters involved. They did a decent job at it making Saku very cheerful and funny but its not enough to make this series rewatchable.
Animation 9/10
So if your into go hands animation they have a very unique type of style that goes into their animation. They always colour their animation in a very light way so you'll be seeing a lot of light-colored texture and heavy influence from past titles like K which is very nice. This is because the characters feel and look very relaxing to watch.
Conclusion
If your someone that is not into a slice-of-life than this is not for you otherwise is mainly a story about Saku's cat doing her chore's for her. They did a decent job at making the characters feel, look, and act energetic with a GoHands animation style that is light-textured and relaxing character design. However, it is not at the level of very interesting to watch because the story mostly focuses in her apartment which limits the supporting character interactions.

TLDR: It's cute girls doing cute things.
This review will be based on the whole series including the movie.
8/10 for the whole series
Story 8/10
Yui Hirasawa has just started her High school life shortly after graduating from middle school. Upon arrival, she met all types of clubs and activities that the school had provided many of which were interested in recruiting her. However, a mysterious club named K-ON is on a urgent need of new members as they only have 2 so far. This club is a band club that is mostly focusing on performing musical instruments such as Piano, Guitar, and Drums. If they do not
...
have at least four members the club's future may cease to exist. Therefore, Yui Hirasawa with no musical experience decided to join this club and help this club out. The story for K-on is a strange one as this anime mostly markets its own anime as a musical band type of anime. However, most of the time the story is basically cute girls doing cute things. It's not bad, but it does not focus on the primary objects of what it is targeted to instead it focuses on the slice-of-life aspect of the anime which in correlation has nothing to do with music. Sure there is sometimes musical narrative involved, but it does not represent enough to feel like it's a music anime. A good example that shows music that is relevant towards the anime would be Bocchi. Sure it did not have a lot of musical scenes but those scenes has a lot of quality music pieces involved such as Bochi actually playing the Guitar in front of her audience, learning techniques, and discovering other bands. However, in K-on there weren't that many even if there were musical scenes it is mostly close to everyday life such as Performing in front of the school and practice.
Characters 8/10
So the characters are great in general. Yui is a very typical girl who is average in everything. She behaves more like a little sister than a older sister compare to Ui. Mio is a very mature character who is like a mother figure in the whole series and Ritsu is an energetic girl who likes to play around all day. And lastly, both Tsugumi and Azusa are genius at what they play. However, Tsugumi felt mostly left out throughout the series. Sure, she is from a rich family but we never really see what her family does, and worse of all there isn't enough music concert performance for the series.
Animation 9/10
As usual, the animation for all the Kyoto animation is great, especially for its time. What fascinating is that most Kyoto animations always looks different in every anime SERIES with an astounding quality to its animation.
Conclusion
It's a weird anime on what is trying to depict because what they trying to promote is a musical anime that mostly involves around bands and singing. However, most of the time its mostly focus on the slice-of-life aspect of it and does not give us a compelling musical narrative. Most characters are nicely done for a light heart genre but Tsugumi mostly felt left out during the series. The animation is the typical Kyoto animation style with very high quality and attention to detail. If you want something that is light-hearted and school life this is a great one to watch, but hardly involves any music.

TLDR: The review still in progress as the anime is still airing
Story 9/10
Before I begin I want to criticise the management for both episodes of TYBW part 2 last episode and the first episode of part 3. Towards the end of the last episode, there is a 4-minute filler content of PowerPoint slides of characters discussing various topics and the first episode of part 3 has half of the content that is recap from the last episode of part 2. As a fan of the original Bleach and having waited a long time for this. It is upsetting, to say the least. The two-episode should
...
not be managed like this and the content could've been better used or managed. Now let's get to the review. The Quincies has arrived at the Soul King's palace. Squad zero is at a desperate measure to defend the soul king from the Quincies aggression. While at the Soul society the Soul Reapers is trying to find a way to save the world from below. Meanwhile, Ichigo and his friends are rushing toward the Quincy King to stop him. So far the story is great. It fixed a lot of its pacing issues from part 1 and 2 however, it's fight is a bit underwhelming compared to the enormous success of part 1. Especially squad zero's fight. It was underwhelming as we only got to see one Bankai instead of all 4 of them. The most disappointing part is Ichibei's bankai ability. I have pointed this out in my previous review on Bleach where the characters has good showcase of their abilities but it is not enough in which that you would want to see more. Ichibei's Futen Taisatsuryō is cool and all but it doesn't show its capability of it, it only shows the aesthetic so most viewers would be wondering what his ability does. If you take a step back and look at the battles of Yamamoto compared to Ichibei. Yamamoto's fight was extremely well done because we get to see the explosion and the overwhelming power that Yamamoto has which makes the fight feel very heavy like your seeing the strongest fighting the strongest. Ichibei's fight doesn't feel like that and it looks quite generic in a sense. His abilities are all about manipulation which allows him to significantly drain his opponent's power. It sounds broken and all but it needs to add more into the scene to make it more interesting such as adding a whole Quincy army and he wipes it out with his Bankai. This would make him look and feel way more powerful.
Characters 8/10
The characters is quite good. as the pacing have been fixed it gave a lot of depth to the character's story. It gave us more depth into the relationship between Ukitake, Shunsui, and how Ukitake is related to one of the important Key element towards the story. It also gave us more intention on what the Quincy King wants. There is extra screen time from the previous characters that died such as Unohana and Yamamoto in which added more emotional moments to the characters. Shunsui knows that they are in a desperate situation and this character is portrayed beautifully in a passive-aggressive way. He knows that they have to sacrifice one of their own to achieve victory and at the same time is also very emotional when Yamamoto died. However, he knows that being emotional at a critical time would cause severe morale issues within the soul reapers. That's why Shunsui acted confident in front of his peers while deep inside he is very emotional. So far the dialogue between Ichigo and Ishida is badly written mostly in Ichigo's side. Most of the time Ichigo keeps saying that Ywhach is about to destroy the world and do bad things to Ishida. However, let's be for real all the people in the world knows that Ishida joined the Wandenreich with a specific reason and Ichigo should be finding out or at least asking him why he joins the Quincies instead of explaining on what is going on. Ichigo's narrative mostly focuses on the what and does not give enough deficit such as the why, when, and how. It would be more compelling to add more into the story such as what about the past struggle they have been together or understanding both of their family heritage that would draw closer to both characters relationship.
Animation 8/10
It is a slight downgrade compared to the rest of the season. Sure it still looks good and a movie-quality type of animation but most of the fight scenes aren't as well animated compared to season 1.
Conclusion
As of right now is still too early to give a final verdict. However, they did improved a lot on story and pacing as well by giving us more history of the characters and screen time from the previous characters that died such as Unohana. However, it came at a cost of sacrificing the fight scene which is a lot more underwhelming compared to the well crafted fight scene from season 1 which this also impacted on the animation depending on how you view it.

TLDR: A Shonen series that is set in a ninja world with a massive amount of flashbacks.
This review will be based on the whole Naruto series from the beginning to the last movie. Boruto will be excluded.
Story 7/10
Set's straight after the last Arc of Naruto where Orochimaru have taken Sasuke as a hostage. Meanwhile, Naruto is at a mission to save his close friend Sasuke and getting stronger to become a Hokage at the same time. The main story is great, but they implemented so many flashbacks towards the original Naruto as fillers throughout the series. It is unnecessary to add so many flashbacks from
...
the original Naruto as we already have witnessed it from the beginning to the end. A good flashback would be outside of the original Naruto such as Hashirama's time period as it tells how the hidden leaf is built or a small flashback that talks about how Hinata fell in love with Naruto. Also, another good flashback would be Kakashi's story as he is a former student of one of the Hokage. Another thing that ruins this series is the romance. The story is trying to incorporate the romance genre too much into the series which it limits the world we get to witness as the story already has tons of flashbacks and the romance genre doesn't fit into Naruto. This is because it makes the series look like another typical school romance drama which it does not fit into the action, emotional, and rich story world of Naruto. Generally, it's a great story but with so many flashbacks and character focus narrative it limits the world we get to see in Naruto such as the Samurai's, Hidden Mist Village, and Iwagakure. Even if they show other villages and places it is not much and it feels/looks more or less the same as all other places that Naruto has visited. The most strangest thing is that they incorporated so many unnecessary modern technology into the world of Naruto such as that fucken ninja using a world war 2 radioman to operate during combat when they already have one of the mind-jutsu that lets one of them communicate through all other Ninjas mindset. I won't be surprised that they would use fucking Gun's in Naruto maybe AK47-jutsu next.
Characters 7/10
The characters is definitely well-written but the problem with the characters is that each character's relationship doesn't fit well within other characters. I give you an example throughout the series they keep trying to say that Sasuke is basically like a brother to Naruto and Naruto is trying to get him back to the good side. Now everything is well written but truthfully Sasuke and Naruto don't work well compared to Naruto and Gaara. If you take a step back and look at it. Both of them understand the same pain and suffering from their childhood when they first met no one understands what Gaara is talking about however Naruto is the only one there that totally understands him because he knows that type of pain and loneliness while Sasuke does not fit in because he already had a family from the start while both of them don't. Another problem is Sasuke and Sakura. Throughout the series, they keep implying that despite all the evilness that Sasuke has done Sakura, still loves him even towards the very end. However, most of the time the relationship between Sakura and Naruto is deeper than Sasuke and Sakura if you look at it. Naruto was there when the Hidden Leaf was about to get destroyed and he was also there during the great ninja war. Both Naruto and Sakura share a very powerful bond with each other as both of them witness catastrophic destruction multiple times. Yes, Hinata was there at the same time but it's only for a brief moment compared to Sakura and Naruto. This is why romance does not fit into this series when the author is trying to make everyone fell in love instead most of the intended characters have barely any relationship development at all. Another problem is the Hierarchy system of Naruto. In the series within a village, the Hokage is usually the strongest one however, during Tsunade's reign most of the time there is so many other candidates that is stronger or at least have more knowledge than Tsunade. A couple of examples would Kakashi, Guy and most importantly Danzo. Aside from all that Naruto is portrayed very well within the Series because if you look at it Naruto was never the strongest or the smartest character within the series. He makes mistakes and those mistakes are learning experiences to make him into a great person which those mistakes gain him trust and allies who share the pain with him within the series.
Animation 5/10
The animation suffers the same thing as One Piece it is a coin-flipping type of animation. However, I have never seen anything that is so well-animated yet bad at the same time. One perfect example is the fight with Pain. They drew the fps well but fuck if you look at the face it looks abysmally towards the point that is funny. Otherwise the animation is not bad for the most part but there is time to time when some part is poorly animated and times when the animation that looks goot yet bad at the same time.
Conclusion
It's not a bad story if you can ignore the massive amount of flashbacks and the ridiculous modern technology that is used in the ninja world. The characters are good but matched towards the wrong characters when they should've been matched towards the character that understands them the most and the animation is a coin-flipping quality where sometimes the animation can look good yet bad at the same time.

TLDR: Had a pretty good beginning but quickly became mediocre
Story 6/10
The story is about a runaway girl from home. She has been running away from home due to family issues and sleeping from guy to guy in order to find a home to stay until one day she offers to sleep with the main protagonist Yoshida in exchange for a temporary home to stay. However, Yoshida's approach to this girl is different. He didn't just want to straight up sleep with the girl he wanted to give this girl a chance in the modern world to learn about life and day-to-day manners. It had a
...
pretty good start where the main protagonist is trying to teach her not to do the wrong thing and quit her life through prostitution, but towards mid-way, it just became a day-to-day drama where most of the plot is focused around home, and sometimes outside. They tried to give more dramatic moments in the end like fruit basket however, it did not capture the moment where the character is trying to give a powerful reasoning towards the family and reasoning is not that powerful.
Animation 7/10
The animation is pretty good for the most part and they set a lot of the home environment and modern Japan very well.
Characters 7/10
The characters are well-written, especially the main character who shows great leadership and mentoring toward Sayu. He didn't just introduce her at day to day manner he introduced her a new way on how to live her life in an honest way. However, one complaint is that when he was trying to reason with her family at the end it lacks depth and doesn't give a strong reason on how she is supposed to take care of her child. Another problem is the supporting characters, they are well-written but they don't have enough screen time throughout the series which makes the anime feel like it's only Sayu and Yoshida all the time.
Conclusion
It is a story about a runaway girl from home who sleeps with random strangers for shelter until one day the main protagonist mentors and disciplines her on a new way of life to live a better, honest, and social life. The animation for most part is great that capture the modern Japan well and the characters are also well written, but lacks quantity which makes the anime feel like its Sayu and Yoshida most of the time.

TLDR: It's good yet, bad at the same time
Story 5/10
The story still carries the same tradition from season 1 and this time it focuses on the Shiba family. The gang has met a new Rival which is the Black dragons and their leader has a history with one of the group members. To save Takemichi's loved one he needs to solve the issue that is happening within the Black dragons. Most of the time the story is trying to prolong the fights and it is unnecessary because it wastes time and most of the big battles are excluded which impacts some parts that are poorly
...
told and ruin the character to some degree. The gangs that are with Takemichi are excluded and mostly only focus on the characters that only involved with Hakkai.
Characters 5/10
So, the characters are still more or less the same from season 1, but this time we have more screen time on other supporting characters. Here there is a very weird character decisions throughout season 2 and they act so stupid somtimes. I shit you not ok, there is a couple of WTF moments in season 2 such as before the fight begins Yuzuha grabs a knife and is about to kill her older brother. Then after that Mitsuya just slowly approaches her NOT EVEN CLOSE ON STABBING HER BROTHER holds her sharp edge of the knife with his bare hands and says I'm taking over. I mean it's cool not gonna lie, but why? His entering a battle with a injured hand wouldn't this be closer to losing the match? ANOTHER moment is when the group of characters at church is discussing a strategy for defeating their opponents. Now it sounds very typical but they are discussing their strategy right in FRONT of their enemies in a small fighting environment. The background story for the Shiba's is also another example of good, yet bad storytelling. Now if you just look at both Yuzuha and Hakkai they have a very tragic story where they lost one of their parents at a young age and another is forced to work which is never at home. This causes the oldest brother to be abusive toward their younger siblings HOWEVER it is unexplained why he is doing this and in other words doesn't make sense for the older brother to be so abusive and above the hierarchy. Clearly one of their parents is alive and not to mention they lived in an average household that has food, shelter, and each of their own private rooms. I failed to see the reason why their older brother was forced to do such a thing when they were clearly not living in poverty and worse above all they are still living with each other even when they are grown up. Doflamingo's background is a well-written example about families, but this is a poor example.
Animation 6/10
The animation is more or less the same from season 1 however this time most of the fights and big battles are excluded which isn't as entertaining compared to season 1.
Conclusion
It's still the same type of storytelling from season 1 but this time it focuses more on the Shiba family in this season. Some of the character decisions do not make sense in some part which does hit the series hard and the animation is still the same from season 1.
Just skip this season because this season isn't as good as the other seasons and doesn't impact season 3 that hard.
