I'm sometimes a scanlator, but currently I'm working as a translator for the 1/2 Prince novel series. Check out the website link if you'd like to read it - it's a great series.

I used to be a fan of BL manga, but these days I prefer reading shonen or seinen manga. I like characters that are friendly and open, such as Mikage from 07-Ghost, as much as I like fiercely intelligent characters such as Lelouch from Code Geass. I don't like characters that are too perfect (and hence contrived), like Shuurei from Saiunkoku Monogatari.

I'm an avid gamer - currently I'm playing Valkyria Chronicles (the RTT/TBS game that spawned an anime and manga series). Other games (and series) that I've played include Guildwars, World of Warcraft, Valkyrie Profile, FFT:A, Fable, Assassin's Creed, Sacred 2, but the list isn't exhaustive.

I also have the same habit as Guileastos from 1/2 Prince of reading anything readable when it comes into my possession - ranging from Descartes' Meditations to R.A. Salvatore's The Legend of Drizzt to Austen's Persuasion to most manga. I happen to be a sociology major at the moment, but I used to major in literature and communications. I've also written theses for geography, philosophy and literature. (Out of whack, aren't I?)
