...then you might like Class Saiyasune de Urareta Ore wa, Jitsu wa Saikyou Parameter add

Class Saiyasune de Urareta Ore wa, Jitsu wa Saikyou Parameter is basically Isekai - Break Blade. Almost same exact premise, protagonist survive by driving a hunk of monstrous metal in a world torn by politics, war and intrigues. Did I also mention love? It scratches the same niche, just not as well executed and thoughtful.

If you liked 7-nin no Shakespeare add

...then you might like Oukoku no Ko add

It's quite strange that between this, Called Game, 7-nin no Shakespeare and Baraou no Souretsu, you have a basic knowledge about the beginning and height of Tudor England: War of the Roses, Henry the 7th, Henry the 8th, Mary Tudor and Elizabeth the First. In any case, 7-nin No Shakespeare takes place after this comic, but the general attitude and atmosphere of Tudor England lingers.

...then you might like Called Game add

History is spoiler enough for all of these. Called Game takes place during Henry 8th reign, and this took place after his death. They have similar atmosphere though Called Game has nicer to look at art.

If you liked Koi wo Shiranai Bokutachi wa add

...then you might like Watashitachi wa Koi wo Shiranai add

This is a little bit of a troll recommendation but both works have almost the same title, translated to "We don't know anything about love". One is humorous, the other dramatic, but both are pretty good, solid Shoujo worth checking out.

If you liked Kusuriya no Hitorigoto add

...then you might like Koukyuu no Musubibito add

This might have been written to ride on the wave of popularity of Koukyuu no Musubibito. Very similar premise, detective lady in court, but one is subtle, intrigued, well-written. The other is but a poor imitation. A bowl of ramen and a cup of instant noodle.

If you liked Called Game add

...then you might like Ukkari Heika no Ko wo Ninshin shiteshimaimashita: Ouhi Berta no Shouzou add

Both are about clever, strong, independent women in the face of the rigidity of feudal court intrigues, trying maintaining their spirit as well as their status as nobles, while juggling their personal feeling as women. Both are interesting shoujo drama, one is slightly less dreamy than the other, but both spend serious effort to characterised their characters, making them interesting and relatable, and not at all frivolous such as the hundreds of copycat plot to victimise the main character. The female villains are not cartoonish, they are simply another side of womanhood, whose insecurity, fear and of course, love, turns them cruel and malicious. If you want to avoid comics that treats female main characters as place holder for author's self-insert, to ravel in self-victimisation while enjoying the benefits of being of status, wealth and loved by men; or a cynical attempt at doing that to reader, then these are comics for you.

If you liked Otomen add

...then you might like Hanayashiki no Juunin-tachi add

It follows the same basic structure. Girly boy, masculinity, femininity, identity and gender. Hanayashiki no Juunin-tachi is more serious and in my opinion, much much better than Otomen skin deep story. Though Hanayashiki no Juunin-tachi is very short and can be a little heavy compares to Otomen, it's a good step into more serious shojo if something short is preferable.
