Eri reminds me, well, of Eri in Tsuyokiss... It's kinda strange but you'll be able to see the resemblance Plus, they're both very funny... :p

they both involve FIGHTING in SCHOOL as well as an ECCHI factor (well not as much) i guess that's it... nothing else to say...

They are both harems to begin with yet the main character is *only* interested at one girl. Yet there are times in which he takes a second glance at the others. They are also great comedies.
