I think this show was really good, with cliff-hangers at the end of each episode and each episode filled with amazing action and art. The one complaint I have of this show is the character development. They don't give time to get to know the characters, get a feel for them. I found that 80% of the time it was just action and blood and titans and killing. Don't get me wrong, it was really good. It's just that, if it gave more time to know the characters, maybe give a little background history for some of them, and a bit of plot centering around
...
some of the main and main supporting characters, when they died there would be more feels and emotions rather than just, "oh, another one died." It gives more character depth and a feel for the show, more than just brutal killing. I have to admit, the plot was good and it went at a quite fast pace, but in between all that there should be time to pause and look around. We don't know much about the history of humans with titans, and a time before that (well, as far as i can tell since i didn't read the manga). And can i admit? I don't know 3/4 of the character's names in the anime, and believe me, i can remember a character's name quite well. The ones in Shingeki no Kyojin don't seem to stick however, because the way i remember a character and how i like a character is through their personality, their past..etc. and not just their looks. I don't remember the names of characters in this anime because i dont see much character development or anything, and the supporting characters are barely supportive. they just die, in my opinion, without ever getting to know them. I can understand why people like it, and maybe it's just me, but i like more depth into an anime rather than action action action. other than that, the anime is quite good. the music and art is unique and its storyline is eyecatching and addictive :)

This anime will pull at your emotions with one moment you are laughing and then the next something serious happens, and then you are clinging to the edges of your seat waiting to watch the next episode.
This anime will make you gnaw at your fingernails as you imagine what it would be like in the shoes of the main characters!
It has amazing plots, and its characters are cute and the art is amazing. I love its opening songs, and it's unique in the sense that the main character is a lonely, friendless girl who is too considerate and kind, but very very shy.
...
This anime not only centres around romance, but friendship love as well, and how important it is. It follows the steps to achieving amazing friends with amazing character developments, and how a loner, shy girl finds friends and eventually the guy she likes.
I really loved this anime, and it's on my top list for romance anime along with Lovely Complex, and I really recommend you to watch it! You will be crying by the end of the series, and find yourself rooting for the characters every step of the way! It's not so deeply engrossed in romance of girlfriend and boyfriend that it becomes sort of annoying, but it deals with friendship problems, bullies, and even your friend's boyfriend/girlfriend messes.
Watch it!

Standing with Kimi ni Todoke, this is by far the best romance anime I've seen! The thing with this is, it's also amazingly funny.
It's characters are likeable, its hilarious, and its also tear-jerking as well. You find yourself rooting for the main characters love, and just want to hop into the screen and get the two to kiss! It's that emotional!
It's also unique, because this time the girl is taller than the guy, and it may give you some advice for those of you out there who are best friends with someone and may consider dating them but are too afraid to ask!
All
...
in all, I really liked the anime, and I recommend it to people who like romance comedy because it definitely has enough of both of those!

My friend recommended this show to me, and at first i was skeptical. The pictures i saw from it made me think it was about machines or robots or something like that, and im not a fan of those types of anime.
But i learned not to judge a book by its cover.
From the first episode, I found FMA:B amazing. It's storyline is amazing. It's characters are likeable, and it's just so deep and epic.
Let me clear up some misunderstandings people may have first of all:
FMA original and FMA:brotherhood are not sequels. FMA original follows the same storyline for the first few episodes as the
...
manga, but then the rest are not part of the manga at all. Even so, I'd say it's by far the best anime i've seen that has done that well without following the manga.
Anyway, FMA:brotherhood follows the manga, and even by just a little, I prefer FMA:B better, because it's a little less confusing.
They're both amazing though, and it doesn't really matter which you watch first, but I recommend to watch BOTH (FMA and FMA:B).
I love its character development, its suspense and action and adventure, and it's characters. I love the storyline's depth and epicness, its funny parts and sad parts and epic parts are all amazing. You will love it by the end.

I used to love Bleach, at least the first arc, but things sorta started dropping when the arrancar arcs came along. I really liked the first arc, with Ichigo trying to save Rukia, because there was suspense and a little mystery and your favorite classic shounen anime. The characters were likeable and there were its funny moments as well. After that, it seemed like the author didn't really care much anymore about making it mysterious or anything, and it became too predictable. bad guy comes along, bad guy beats ichigo, ichigo becomes stronger, ichigo beats up bad guy. in the process ichigo obtains a superpowerful
...
mode or something, which is cliche in shounen anime and also predictable. i like more unique anime, and the main characters strong in their own way, or with the help of friends, instead of pushing one super strong move on him after another, making him inhumanely powerful.
There were also some plot holes, and some explanations not really mentioned. In the manga arc, which is its final arc for bleach, it sort of became a hassle to read because it became so predictable and some parts didnt make sense. It also seemed like the author was trying to tie up all loose ends in the plot from all the previous arcs in that final arc, which made it seem like he was rushing things.
I would've done things a bit differently if I was the author, but I recommend watching bleach for the first arc before the first long filler comes a long because it's actually pretty good. It's up to you whether you want to continue, but I'd recommend not to watch the fillers.

Gintama caught my eyes a few months back, and at first it seemed cool but a little confusing. I mean, what was a giant dog-like creature doing with a samurai in a modern city? And what was up with the giant duck? I didn't pay much attention to it at first, but I decided to give it a go.
The first 20 episodes or so introduce characters and their personalities and backgrounds and so on, but after that it's just one crazy plot after another! There aren't many arcs, and the arcs Gintama has are short 2-5 episode arcs, but that doesn't stop it from
...
being amazing.
Full of random comedy with no real plot throughout the entire series (except for its arcs), I found this anime amazing! I don't read manga, but if I do, it's for an amazing anime that I discovered and wish to continue even if the anime ends! And that's saying a lot, because I always prefer anime over manga. Gintama is an exception.
After the first arc you will be hooked. By episode 100 you will love it. By episode 150 you'll practically be having a Gintama marathon.
It's funny, it's dark, it's serious when it needs to be. It's epic and awesome. And your favorite character, Gin-san, has the darkest history of all- one that will keep you hooked and watching! I love this anime, and maybe you'll need a little warming up to it and get a feel of its style, but I seriously recommend watching Gintama!
At least to the first arc! You will be hooked by then for sure! :)
