i like it enough that i'm probably going to re-watch Durarara!! (by the same author) to better appreciate the later seasons that are just airing. are you following them as well / have you read the light novels for either series?
Hey, no problem! You had proposed an intruiging question, and I was curious as to how I would answer...so I had to! Haha! I'm currently working on two reviews, but slower than I'd like, I need to really finish them!
Yes, it would have made it alot better. Funny thing is that I actually needed to watch it again because the first time ALL I did was pay attention to Yuno and nothing else. xD
Well, wow. I don't usually ever partake in a "VS", but the lineup you have proposed would be really epic.
Well, hmm an educated guess is all I can give- considering they are fictional characters, and the creators of these characters would be more apt to this knowledge.
Anyway, first of all Johan, if I recall correctly is not his real birth name, so unless Light knew that he would have a disadvantage. However, Light is a really crafty fellow, so he would find a witty way to at least find Johan. Finding Johan, is only the half though, Johan is equally as crafty, and has the ability to manipulate people based on their personalities. Lelouch has the major disadvantage here, is name is out in the open, so unless Lelouch was able to use Geass on Light to not use the notebook on him, he would almost be taken out of the picture. Johan would also, learn everything about Lelouch before making contact, so he would probably be able to outwit Lelouch and find and manipulate people close to Lelouch and have them betray Lelouch.
So in the end, even though Johan has no notebook, or Geass, he would by an educated guess be the winner. Like I said though, being a fictional universe and circumstances are scripted who knows =D
I do like it! Very much in fact. I don't give out 9s very often.
The title was meant to be ironic as well as an emotional outburst. I don't regret watching Fate/Zero one bit. It was an amazing emotional journey. One merely wishes that the ending provided something in the way of closure.
Just to clarify though: Emiya Kiritsugu's philosophy is not really shallow inasmuch as it is terribly imperfect. For most people living their lives, consequentialism works fine. His fate is merely cursed and absurd, is all I can say ...

so, a year later, i've finished Baccano! today after recently hearing its OP used in a fan-made Harry Potter anime trailer, and it's magnificent.
thank you for the recommendation!
