Jojolion is a very good following part after Part 7 because we can refer to Part 7 as Part 1-3 after Stone Ocean.
Story
9/10 (so far)
The story is not finished but it's really close as I can see.
I really like this new type of storytelling. At part 3 even though I really liked that part I felt like every Stand battle is just there and most of them doesn't really take us closer to the climax of the part. In my opinion, this formula is a lot more interesting, but in the beginning, it was a bit slow and kinda boring, but later it
...
gets a lot better.
Art
10/10
Since the second half of Part 7, Araki's art is a masterpiece and it's very true for this part as well.
Character
8/10
In this part, not many characters snapped really much. The part isn't done yet so this could change but at this point, there are very few great characters in this part, but overall Part 8 has good characters.
Enjoyment
9/10
This part is pretty much like Part 4 which is my second favourite Part. The first half of Jojolion is a bit slow but later it's a lot more intense. I give it a 9 because even though in the first half of this Part not that much happens we got to know a lot of information. You have to remember more things than before.
Overall
9/10
Jojolion is a great part of JoJo so far and I couldn't not recommend it to anyone. If you finished Part 7 there is no reason for you to stay out of this.

Steel Ball Run...
Steel Ball Run is the peak of JoJo and the peak of Araki so far.
This manga is incredibly perfect and I can't imagine anything better than this.
The story
10/10
The story and the setting of SBR are clearly outstanding.
I don't want to tell anything about the plot above the main points.
...
This part takes place in an alternate universe. When you read it through you can see that it's inspired a lot by part 1-3.
The art
10/10
Araki did a wonderful job making this manga. The character designs, the background, the details, everything match and it's perfect.
The characters
10/10
Oh boy, the characters. Araki did his best in this part. Everybody is the best in this part.
Johnny is the best JoJo by far just like Valentine in the villain section. But the masterpiece in this manga is Diego Brando. He is the best character in all of JoJo. I could recommend this part even if it were the worst, just because of him.
I don't want to go into character analysis, you have to look up for it elsewhere.
Enjoyment
10/10
Every page feels natural like it has to be there. Every sentence, every battle is needed for the ending. You just can't not enjoy this if you like JoJo.
Overall
10/10
This manga is an experience you can't skip. Everything about this part is perfect. It's hard to explain, but it really is perfect. Once you read you'll know. But be ready, after you start you won't be able to stop.

The story
10/10
The story of Diamond is Unbreakable, mainly because of the setting one of the best in the whole series. We are in a small town and everybody lives their peaceful life and than everything goes wrong.
Art
10/10
I have nothing to say about the art of this part because if just simply amazing. The colouring and the details are just great.
Characters
...
8/10
Even if Part 4 is almost the best part of JoJo it is not perfect. The characters didn't have enough depth for me. Josuke is a bit like Joseph for me but better. Besides that, the other parts of the main cast don't fit in quality for the other elements of the part.
Enjoyment
10/10
Without questions, Part 4 is the most enjoyable part to watch yet because you are just interested in where does the story goes and what will happen with the characters. As I said before the setting takes it all.
Overall
9/10
Part 4 is my favourite animated part so far because it's just great. I highly recommend it.

The story
9/10
The story of Stardust Crusaders is very good, but in the anime, they make it too long, but I want to talk about it in the enjoyment section.
I believe the ending is the finest of every animated part yet. From the beginning of Dio's World will feel something you never felt before about this series.
Art
10/10
...
I don't want to talk a lot about the art of this part, it's just very good I don't see any problem with it.
Characters
9/10
The characters are just great. Jotaro has way more depth than Jonathan or Joseph and Dio's motivation is better (if you read part 6 you'll understand it better, part 3 Dio with the part 6 explanation is a masterpiece)
Enjoyment
9/10
Because the anime is, for me at least, way too long for the original story. Besides that, the fights do not roll the story forward, but they are great at least.
Overall
9/10
This is the best part of the first 3 parts mainly because of the ending.
The way Jotaro defeats Dio is a bit lame for me, but I know Araki desided it in the beginning and it can be explained, but after all at the end of the day it's a great part of the series and I highly recommend it.

I started watching JoJo in last year February. It was the first anime I ever started and I feel it was a very good start.
Phantom Blood is the very best start for JoJo, because it's lay down a very good beginning for the series.
The story
9/10
I believe the story is the strongest element of this season besides the art. Phantom Blood is not the most original part of the series but without it (at least) I could not love the later parts that much.
The art
...
10/10
Besides that it's not the best looking anime ever created I feel like it has everything it's need. If you compere it to the manga you can see that it's way more well drawn, it has to said even if I love the manga more than the anime.
Characters
8/10
I loved every character in Phantom Blood, but everyone felt too familiar, like I seen them somewhere before. That's because Araki written, I would say, very simple characters. There are only good and bad characters and especially for Dio and Jonathan they are just the opposite of each other. Which of course is not a problem and it's fit in the setting and the story, but takes away the opportunity for perfectly written characters. Luckily this is something Araki changed in later parts.
Enjoyment
8/10
After reading the manga I felt the anime is a bit too long for the original material. By this I don't say Phantom Blood (the story) is too long, more like it's too short for it's length.
Overall
8/10
Phantom Blood is a very good anime and manga and you mustn't skip it.
I believe this part is a strong mostly because of the enjoyment of it.
I know I did't write about Battle Tendency so in a nutshell:
It's the most skipped part of the series and there are reasons for it, but I don't recommend it(the skipping). Part 2 has better characters than Part 1 and the enjoyment rate is higher. But besides that it's barely fit in the story of the first 3 parts (if you know you know).
