Hello wisdom.
Unfortunately there is no English subs for it yet.
The Japanese on the series is pretty basic, it is an excellent opportunity for you to learn some nihongo!
Thanks for reading my review btw.
If I ever find any subs for it I will send you a msg asap.
Gungrave was based on a game? Damn, I didn't know of that. So, which type of game? A Visual Novel, which are quite famous in Japan, or some other? Nice anime series you have got on hold, mate; both of them. Both marvelously showcase the concept of brotherhood, more so well than Gungrave just so you know.
Hm, I can understand. I enjoyed the first arc mostly too but yes, others were comparatively enjoyable as well. Yep, after having Guilty Crown and Persona 4 for a year or so in my list, I finally thought it's about time to tag them 'dropped' as I really lack the courage and power to resume watching them. Guilty Crown had been nothing but disappointing right from the starting and P4 was not very intriguing. Amongst the ones already in my list, I expect most from LoGH. Chihayafuru's good, even.
Gungrave, huh? *Nostalgia kicks in* To be perfectly honest with you, I don't remember much from that anime now. It was one of the first anime series I watched and well, disliked, along with Fate/Stay Night. Actually, if I remember correctly, I had too much expectations from it as a certain friend of mine boasted too much about it; having completed it, I didn't think it needed all that exaggeration. I do respect brotherhood... in fact, I respect it so much that two of my favorite anime series are based on the subject precisely, RAINBOW and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. But, having said that, I did not appreciate all those annoying sci-fi elements incorporated in the anime. The ending was brilliant, though.
Thanks. A certain dude presented me with the list's CSS code.
By the way, I have Tiger & Bunny in my possession and am willing to check it out. Since you have one of its characters as your profile picture, I though I'd ask you of its pros and cons. So, how is it?
I'm not worried about the length. I've seen DBZ, Bleach and Naruto in the past, and I've been more than fine with it. I'll surely give One Piece a chance. I'll watch the first 45 episodes, as I've planned. So far, it looks alright, but I wasn't expecting anything amazing from the first 8 episodes. Not until the crew is assembled and the real bad guys start making their appearances. Thanks for the insight, anyway.
Haha, my bad. I realized I misread the title in your list after sending the first message. I decided not to edit it because I wanted to see your reaction on your spot. It was a fun ride, I must say. Anyhow, when are you planning to watch Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex?
"Vampires and demons"? Whatcha sayin, man? DMC was based on music; quite literally, death-metal music. There were no vampires or demons in the show. I'm getting this hunch you're mistaking DMC for something else so let me clear this once and for all, DMC stands for Detroit Metal City. There's DMC right on my list, I even gave it a high score.
I disagree. I never played the game you're talking nor did I know there was one from which the anime was adapted until you mentioned. I enjoyed the anime for its utter-rubbish adult comedy, unique animation, artwork, music and brilliant pace.
I guess the anime didn't work for you for its uniqueness, its different artstyle & plot. Am I wrong?

Huh, it isn't?! Your profile picture's goatee looks exactly similar to this dude's, though.

Want to talk about them here? Be my guest. I am more than ready to argue.
